  Highly recommend the Emerald Grand such a Beautiful hotel and location the view is breathtaking. All the staff very professional and helpful Andrew was our bellmans He was so helpful. We never touched anything he unloaded our vehicle for us, escorted us to our room, so there were no guessing which way to go and when we got ready to go, we met him at the lobby and He packed everything in our car for us such a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to come back

  Skip this one I've stayed wayyy better places than here. The elevator HVAC is covered and blows black mold. We reported to desk and they seemed u bothered. Pics show oceanfront and it is not u have to shuttle to their "private" beach with no restroom available. We were a family of 7. The accomodations were spacious. The microwave was taped together and would cut off the maintenance guy came unplugged it and replugged it was his only remedy and that didn't do anything. If you walk barefoot in your accommodations plan for black feet. The IVY text help that ALL Wyndham has some text number for help. It never worked , texted multiple times never a reply. We needed more trash bags toilet paper coffee washing powders and it never was refilled by them. We would ask at front desk they reply they are out. Parking deck is a joke. Even had guy trying to charge me WITH A PARKING PASS IN WINDSHIELD.

  Externally, the place seems lovely as the comment areas. The rooms are nice and spacious but they have a hot water pressure problem that on two separate visits we were told three different times they would send someone to investigate/address and nothing happened. The beach is actually off sight and the on-site amenities are a asphalt “Boardwalk” which is commercial with many mediocre places that are all overpriced, compared to others in the area. Convenient location to the other amenities of Destin, and it is easy to get to various and sundry boat tours and activities along that “Boardwalk”

  Do not waste your precious vacation time in the Wyndam Club timeshare presentation. The staff end up being very pushy, bully you into making you think that paying a down payment of 1000-4500 with a monthly payment varying from 50-440 a month on $100,000 or more for a once a year vacation of 6 days is logical. The price changes several times, plus the attitudes changed when they where not getting you to sign on. It's uncomfortable when you see them Making gestures to each other out of the corner of your eye and speaking in a different language in front of you. I left upset, stressed out and pissed right off. 90 minutes turns into 180 minutes because they kept bringing more employees out to bully us! Not worth it!!!

  I'm reaching out here publicly because Wyndham timeshare is a complete scam. I've been reaching out to them regarding getting my account cancelled, due to valid concerns and misrepresentation. They hardly respond, and when they do, it takes FOREVER to actually get someone to help. I'm so beyond frustrated with Wyndham. I called them back after they reached out to me finally. The first two representatives that I spoke with had me on hold forever, and then the call disconnected each time. Does someone ever call back? Nope! So I called back again and was transferred and hung up again. It took several calls and multiple transfers to finally get someone on the line. I finally spoke with Sean in their Owner Resolution Team. After explaining to him the reasons why I am requesting to get out of my ownership, I'm told that they reviewed my camera footage from when we signed the contract and didn't notice anything fraudulent, and for this reason, they denied my request for cancellation. They told me that I was simply confused! The problem with this is. The signing part is not where the fraudulent activity is; it's the presentation with the sales reps, in my case, specifically Ray Ward and Becky Fisher! So, of course, they are not going to have any fraudulent activity on camera, because they are protected. Wyndham is a selfish company that only cares about themselves and not the consumer! They told me to contact Ray Ward and Becky Fisher to have them write me a confirmation that they lied. Do you really think that someone is going to do that? Plus, Becky’s phone is now disconnected and they won’t share Ray’s. Wyndham’s practices are unethical, unprofessional, and completely misleading! I want out of this contract more than I ever have.
