He asked if i was a Hilton reward member and he helped me find my account as he stated he wanted me to get my points. Check in was a breeze. He provided me with complimentary snacks and assigned me a room. We stayed in 213. It was nice and clean and had a pool view. We had no complaints. They serve breakfast in the morning and we had a lot to choose from. Waffles, oat meal, biscuits, muffins etc etc. Way better than the basic. I had a great stay and i would stay again.

I didn’t know how long I’d be there so I just kept extending my stay day-by-day. Melissa and Robert were both understanding and kind. They went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I were comfortable and had everything we needed to get through the difficult time we were going through. The room was comfortable and housekeeping was perfect. I will 100% stay there the next time I return.
