The staff is exceptional. We’ve had fantastic service at the Beach Terrace. Colin, Tito, Rodney, Brian, Danielle, are so nice and provide great service always! We have been coming here year after year and would recommend it to anyone!

The service at the Embassy was great overall. The service was the most memorable of all- I ordered nachos that came out incorrectly and when informed Tito about it he was very reassuring that they would fix it with no issue and it came out better than expected. This place is nothing short of a wonderful stay!

We were disappointed to find that the beds in our room were not queen-sized as advertised. The room I booked explicitly stated that it included queen beds, and I was also told by two separate front desk staff members that the beds in our specific room were queens. Unfortunately this was not accurate. The beds were clearly full/double size, which significantly impacted our comfort over the four nights we stayed there. Accurate room descriptions and consistent information from staff are essential when booking accommodations.
Aside from this issue, the stay was acceptable and the location was great, but the bed size and room we received at checkin were not what I booked despite being told otherwise, and I would have looked elsewhere had I known this would be the case.

Could not believe that they charge for coffee from the lobby!! $12 for 2 cups. Bfast is at 7, and we get up early. Bad idea.
Fitness rm got cleaned after I mentioned that there are no wipes in the space. Fitness rm is good tho. Bfast has a nice spread but one lone omelette maker with a very long line of customers waiting. We paid $700/night over Christmas week. Not worth it.

The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. We asked for sheets to pull out ( which were in room but picked up by the cleaning people) at 10:30 at night and they said “ come to front desk to get them we don’t have staff to bring up”
Went down and 3 people at desk standing around!! Then the person said we don’t have any clean sheets!
There is no way a hotel chain this big with so many rooms did not have ONE pair of clean sheets!!!!
Frustrating and and unaccommodating :(
