Fridge smells awful. Bathroom shower is dirty. Not sure what is off with this location - no one at the front desk after offering me a room switch. This is wild. Waited 10 minutes after calling to have someone acknowledge me.

Well the next day i checked my bank account and i was charged $300 , i called to ask what's going on and the manager (the most evil person I've ever spoken to) claims that i caused damaged to the front door & lock to the room. And said she will not refund the $300 and also told me that if i call my bank to dispute the charge she will charge me $2000 for the damage of the door. This is crazy, i didn't do any damage to my room. I worked 17 hours , i checked in at 11:30 pm showered and went to bed and woke up at 4:30 am and was gone. She had the nerve to ask me if anyone was looking for me to harm me, yeah the mafia is looking for me. Are you serious ? UNREAL. If you check out make sure you have someone go check the room out before you leave. So she doesn't make something up on you as well.

Me and my partner ended up leaving after 24 hours of being here because it was so disgusting. Bugs were crawling all over the room and our bed, the shower towels had old hairs on them, and the sheets had stains on them. Nothing was clean in our room and it looked and felt like a motel for the price of a hotel. When checking out early I showed them all of the pictures I took and we were promised a 100% refund for our stay (especially considering we paid for 5 days and left after one night) and they are now refusing to give us that promised refund and are ignoring us. DO NOT stay here!! Save your money and stay anywhere else, a motel would’ve been nicer and cleaner than this place. Only nice thing was the warm cookie they gave us when we first checked in and even that was pretty mid. Do better Hilton.
