  Location is easy to find, hotel is aged but has been cared for. Ice machine does not work on 2nd floor, only 1 elevator works on the back end of hotel, but the stairs are close by. Pool and hot tub were both clean and well kept. The view is beautiful, front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping staff is abit off putting, so try your best not to engage with if you don't have to 😮‍💨. I give the hotel 4 and 1/2 stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️. More than likely I'll be back. Thank you for a comfortably stay 🎑

  I picked this location because of the convenience & the photos. Upon arrival I realized the hotel was a bit outdated. There was only one working elevator, the sofa beds were old & hard to access & there wasn’t enough staff. If you are trying to check out from their store, you’re waiting in line for them to check others in or answer questions. Which could take some time. We only attended the breakfast one morning & it was so crowded with one employee bringing out food & drinks to refill. They only had ham slices for meat & “cheese omelette” for eggs which I couldn’t even get my kids to eat.. and the waffle maker of course was what everyone was waiting for. I threw my cup of batter away as my son was waiting 15mins to make his already & others were complaining & asking their kids how long for their turn. I didn’t have half an hour to wait on a single waffle maker to be available with over a dozen people down there. The pool area was nice. & everyone was friendly. But it wouldn’t be a hotel I choose to stay at in the future.

  The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly but the hotel is very old and not kept up very well. All the rooms smell moldy and seem to not be maintained very well. The beds were worn and uncomfortable. We had to walk through 5 rooms before we chose one with the least smell. The pictures online do not depict the condition of the hotel, it seems that they do not maintain the Maintenance and just patch things up poorly, the elevator was broken down having to take the one elevator completely across the opposite side and walking with all of our bags.the breakfast was terrible and charging over $4 for a bottle of water was absurd. Though it served its purpose I would not stay here again.

  Our stay was definitely better than expected. We had a king suite - it was nicely decorated and the balcony was nice and peaceful. The front desk clerk, Lory, was super nice when we checked in. We'd just driven 5 hours and spent the last 90 minutes looking for a hotel close to FAU, so it was nice to be greeted by a friendly face! We rushed out early the next morning and left items behind. The housekeeping crew bagged them and Lory had them waiting for us! Thanks to everyone at the hotel - especially Lory!

  Our room had no working heater. We came at an unseasonably cold spell. We did let the office know. They offered us another room or blankets. We choose blankets because moving rooms is a pain in the butt. However, if you have rooms with no working heater during a cold time why would you put guests in that room! GEEZ!!! Pillows on the bed were all different sizes. Only 2 elevators. One was broken and out of service. The other one should have been as the sounds and shaking coming from it when in use was scary. Only one ice machine for the entire hotel. It was located on the second floor. We wanted ice for hot coffee to cool it down a bit and they didn’t have any at the breakfast area. Was told WE would have to go to the second floor OR walk next door to the sister hotel to get ice. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Mold spots on the ceiling of the bathroom. It is A moist environment but a little Kiltz every now and then would help. For the most part, the staff was friendly and the beds were comfy.
