  They didn't have our reservation in their system when we checked in. Had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with our Booking.com rep to get refunded the original booking cost. Then had to book directly with the hotel, but they wouldn't match the same priceh, so we paid more. The closest elevator was closed for repairs, so after a long walk outside, we arrived at our 2nd elevator. Looked like it was about to fall apart. Felt like we escaped alive after using it a few times. The beds were cheap spring mattresses with a pillowtop cover. Below average beds. The Hotel property seems over 50 years old, like an old Holiday Inn from the 1970s. We won't stay there again.

  rooms were safe location was easy to access workers were very helpful when needed my main complaint my room had dirty floors and bugs my wife has bites on her shoulder and arm I seen a roach run from the bathroom to underneath the bed on the day that I left and I found evidence of roach mess underneath the mirror another problem is the way they designed the bathroom there is no door for the shower so all the water basically leaks onto the floor waiting for me to slip on it I did talk to the manager and she offered me a discount if I come back not sure why I would ever come back

  I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I especially want to highlight Jeremy’s exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel truly welcomed. Jeremy has a great attitude and a genuine willingness to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who cares so much about guests’ experience. Thank you, Jeremy, for making my stay so pleasant. I would definitely come back!

  This hotel is definitely a diamond in the rough. Conveniently located to everything. Easy access to beach and major roads and a nice walking path located at the business center next door. Hotel staff were extremely nice and accommodating. I was a little skeptical at first,as the outside of the building needs major work. The building looks dirty and needs new paint. There were broken light fixtures and only one working, fairly dilapidated elevator. However, I was extremely surprised,as the lobby has been renovated and the rooms were incredibly clean and very large. The 2 room suite was very roomy with 2 working tvs ( albeit, there weren't a great amount of channels to choose from.) However, with the exceptional pool,spa and courtyard, you won't spend much time in your room anyway. Just the pool area alone is worth the money for this hotel!!! It's beautiful and the pool is very large. Great for traveling with kids! The breakfast was good. A lot of hot and cold food choices with all of the fixings. The 2nd day, the breakfast potatoes and French toast sticks tasted reheated and inedible but who cares? When you have fresh waffles!!!

  I work for a very large corporation. I book rooms for employees everyday. When my crew arrived at this location to check into 2 double rooms we were told there was an upcharge due to the fact 2 guest would be staying in the room. In all my years of booking I have never heard this policy at any other hotel. If its a double room its literally built for 2 guest. Why not just raise the price of the double rooms? Seems kind of scammy to me. Anyway we book through a 3rd party company that doesnt allow us to add the amount of guest staying in a room so I have no choice but to remove this location from our list of allowed hotels. They will lose out on a lot of business in the future as our company is very large.
