  Awesome experience! Everyone was super nice and super helpful. I was concerned with parking for my son visiting us and they accommodated and restaurant is awesome!

  Great people. Priscilla was very helpful. A great 1st impression for your hotel. The bar and wait staff were also exceptional

  Solid holiday inn , Pool area could use a refresh but overall a good hotel. Prisalla at the front desk was fantastic, defiantly deserves praise always went above and beyond for us while always being extremely friendly made our stay better!

  So let's state the positive first. Bengi Too Tier Servive. Goes above in beyond in service. Kaida also amazing vibes. The front desk they were insightful and always smiling. Enjoyed this portion of my stay. The room was fine I do feel the tubs needed to be changed. Old and outdated compared to our normal hotel visits. Also didn't love that half the parking lot is across the street, that you have to pay for parking, or that you only receive two people covered for breakfast. The on sight restaurant was decent. Again Bengi made the experience so much better. He is witty, experienced, and attentive. Even the cleaning service providers were so nice and respectful. They make the stay welcoming and worth it. Now to the more negative side. I had a waitress in the morning, she was horrendous. She was complaining about servicing the people outside, she was whispering to the cook, he sat down every chance he had ( um you are at work correct?), she was in such a bad mode as if it was our fault she had to work this terrible job. Get a life. Nobody is forcing you to do anything. I would not come back because of her. I don't want to feel uncomfortable with you and the cook hovering over us with your eye rolls, I even insisted on helping her get the silverware as I had no way to stir my coffee. Mind you I was the only person inside. When we first came in the cook was like sit right there she will be right with you, what happened to hospitality?! How about hey guys or a good morning. They sat us in the middle where the cook was sitting close by, it was dead silent because we were be only people inside, and in the middle of the restaurant, right where she was making and grabbing. It felt chaotic so I moved prior to our food coming out and she started shouting at me, so I matched her energy and stated we didn't even have a chance when we came in. The cook pointed sit here and do this and that. No matter where I am I sit in a booth, I position myself to see what is around me. I felt unsafe period. She complained about moving the salt and ketchup. LMFAO. Are you serious? She was openly complaining about the couple outside wanting to sit outside how the wind is gonna blow away their food. Be so for real with yourself!? She is miserable and is only bringing down the environment. I wouldn't come back with people like this. The vibe with Kaida was light hearted and nice experience. I felt so uncomfortable I thought about leaving ever couple of mins with the cook sitting right by us, her whispering to him. It wasn't a vibe. Horrible with names and honestly she wasn't worth remembering. She had short brunette hair, straight, horrible teeth, the cook was bigger, both European decent, cook blonde to bald hair. They bounce of eachother in a negative manner. Nobody is forcing them to be there. Get another job. They made the experience so gross I wouldn't come back. My kids felt so uncomfortable. I still tipped her 20 percent when normally I tip higher. Good luck.

  I travel a lot. I stay in a lot of different hotels. I always enjoy staying on Daytona Beach not just for the area but for the experience at the hotel.. I have never had a bad time staying at the Holiday Inn Daytona Beach. The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure my family had an enjoyable time. I just wanna thank the restaurant staff Kimberly, Mark and Clarice for starting our day off with a wonderful breakfast and great service. Thank you very much. See you soon!!
