Suites are equipped with one or two sleek black desk telephones. All spacious suites have full-size sleeper sofas and 36-inch flat-screen televisions. The hotel has a complimentary 24-hour guest laundry and fitness center. - STShanice ThompsonJan 4, 20261.0We recently stayed at this Hilton and were extremely disappointed. The room was very dirty—I was honestly in shock. Even though the hotel appears remodeled, it was still noticeably unclean. Half of the basic necessities were missing. The pullout bed had no blankets or pillows, and we had to call the front desk to get them. There were also no utensils in the room. The TV was another issue—the remote didn’t work because there were no batteries, which meant another trip back downstairs just to fix it. The location itself is actually very nice and close to everything, but management really needs to hire better cleaning staff and ensure rooms are properly cleaned, stocked, and inspected before guests arrive.
