Stayed here for three nights and asked twice to have the room cleaned. During checkout, I advised the manager that the room had not been cleaned as requested. She explained that the rooms aren't cleaned until the fourth day. She couldn't provide a reason as to why the bathroom wasn't cleaned for three days nor the trash emptied.

Wondering if this is a corporate owned hotel or private franchise. Very dirty. Very dated. Not at all up to normal Hilton standards. Stains on furniture. Staff could care less to even say hello. Didnt recognize me as HH. Yuck.

Not a bad stay but apparently they charge for parking each night without telling you when you check in or mentioning it in your reservation confirmation. I'm not a fan of sneaky business practices like that so we won't be staying here again.

I feel terrible having to review this place so badly and quite frankly, have no idea how it is rated this well. However, this was my first home2suite experience. I have never experienced a Hilton brand this poor. The staff like cleaners and such were very friendly and I had almost no interaction with front desk due to app except not knowing I needed a parking pass and never received my concierge text I always get from staff at desk that day to welcome and tell me things to know and see if I need anything. The room was broken in every way. No heat working, water sucks, bed is terrible, lamps falling off, smelly carpet. Very loud, poor insulation. Hopefully it is not the standard for these ones but I would never stay again.
