The best thing about this hotel is its oceanfront location—you can hear the waves from your room if you leave the window open, which is amazing.
The rooms are renovated, but our bathroom had an old bathtub with a fixed showerhead and a curtain, which I personally don’t like. On the website photos, they show renovated bathtubs and showers, but in reality, ours was not like that.
One major downside was the terrible smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the corridor, even though the hotel claims to be 100% smoke-free. Fortunately, our room didn’t smell, but management really needs to address this issue.
The air conditioner was very old and loud, and the balcony looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
Common areas also need renovation—they feel dated compared to the rooms.
Breakfast was included (one option plus one drink), and parking costs about $10 per night.
On the positive side, the hotel has a small on-site market and a microwave in the same area. There’s also a nice outdoor seating area with a fireplace in the evenings, and direct beach access through the pool area.
Overall, it’s not a bad choice for the price, but the cigarette smell in the hallways, outdated common areas, and misleading bathroom photos are the issues that need fixing.

Great location and views. Great hospitality, staff was always available and cheerful. Would definitely go back! Relaxing and chill. Only thing that would have made it better is a hot tub. I stayed third week of October. The weather was perfect!

I would not stay here again. Room had bugs, smelled like Marijuana, people complained about hearing the traffic from there rooms to me. The hotel was built in the 70's so don't have high expectations. I could not sleep at night. The smell was bad and the bugs bot me! They did switch me to the 4th fl and it smelled like Marijuana it took me all night long to air it out opening the balcony. I wish I could get my money back. Worst trip ever! Nope will not be going back to Dayona. It would be nice to get my money back!

We booked a last minute stay after one week in an airbnb in Orlando and had an amazing experience! Our room was clean with fresh linens and a wonderful shower/tub which we did not have at out airbnb all week. Thanks to "Ben" at the hotels restaurant we had a meal immediately after arriving. We checked in at 1pm which was a score since online it said check-in was 4pm. On top of that,it was "Biketoberfest". The sign in the elevator said the restaurant was closed until 4pm, however the restaurant was in fact open with the most incredible bartender,"BEN"! He served my family a fantastic meal. My husband and I had the BBQ Burgers and my daughter had the Chicken quesadillas and the mozzarella sticks. I was a little worried about the food being from the hotel restaurant, however it was nothing shy of fantastic and we're picky. Ben serviced us poolside which was very kind of him. We had to go back for dinner/drinks after having a greatexperienceat lunch! He was so friendly and kind. He went above and beyond to serve us amazing drinks and had my daughter a pepperoni pizza made just before closing! I highly recommend not only this hotel but that you stay on-site with food and drinks. You will not regret it. The restaurant even has jenga and connect 4 inside, so that you and your kids can enjoy some fun indoors while eating and drinking. We live 13 hours away, but we will definitely be back!! Ask for Ben 👌 you're welcome
