Stayed at this hotel for the 2025 Daytona Bike Week. The hotel is nice with a resturant. As with many beach hotels it is a bit aged. Rooms were Clean and quiet. The Resturant had good service and a wide offering of food.
Parking is tight especially if you bring a trailer but they accommodated with parking across the street in an empty lot.
There is a resort Fee 35.00 ish per night that covers parking and internet, I assume.
It is a fair price as compared to trying to park other spots.

Room is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Premium rooms are more updated. We got the 6th floor facing the ocean and the view is spectacular. We caught a little bit of view the New Year's eve fireworks at the pier. Location is great, steps to the beach but not on the main strip. Room walls were kind of thin, we can hear sounds from the room next door.

Great stay overall !! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located. I accidentally booked a handicap-accessible room, but the receptionist was incredibly helpful and kindly moved us to a beautiful room with a great view. Really appreciated the excellent customer service and smooth handling of the situation. Would definitely stay here again..

Well I was under the impression this was a RESORT as stated in the name. However I’ve learned IHG uses the term resort very loosely. I would never put this in a resort category. The rooms aren’t bad and it has a beautiful view of the sunrise over the water unfortunately that’s about all they have going for them. The hotel looks and feels out dated and ran down. The balcony doors are extremely loud so if or when any of the other rooms open there’s within 5-6 rooms around you be prepared to hear it EVERY time. After watching the sunrise we wanted to get a little rest, needless to say that did not happen. If it was not the doors opening and closing it was the loud music being played outside our door or the vibration of people walking or what sounded like running down the hall. I’m pretty unhappy it was our 7 year anniversary and it sucked as far as the “RESORT” is concerned especially when we paid over $200. I do not recommend if you’re truly looking for a resort or trying to get kind of sleep!

We had a pleasant stay at this oceanfront property. Love the location - proximity to businesses and the beach. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful (Nancy, Cherion, and Daniel). The hotel offers a range of activities, including cornhole, a heated pool, whirlpool, giant chess/checkers, and daily kids' events, which were a big hit with our family.
However, there were a few drawbacks. The breakfast service was slow, with a wait time of around 10 minutes to be seated, 15 minutes to take our order, and 45 minutes for food to arrive. At some point staff suggested families to seat wherever there was an available table. Problem was many tables still had dirty dishes... Given the family-friendly atmosphere, a lot of families will likely frequent the location so a faster eating option may work better especially for breakfast eg. Either have buffet options or ensure sufficient staffing. By day 2 I ended up going down and ordering breakfast then have the kids come down when the meals arrived at the table. Had a scary incident one night when there was an electrical burning smell coming from the window AC unit and the sound of static. Maintenance came by and turned the window unit and later in the morning Benjamin and Wilbur came and fixed (installed a new one). I've never experienced this but apparently it has to do with all the salt in the air, with this being an ocean front property.
Additionally, the lamp in the room interfered with charger functionality; additional lamps and electrical outlets would be appreciated.
