- MAMelisa AliceaNov 10, 20251.0The lobby looked like it would be a nice place to sleep. Until I got into the room. It was gross. Crusty carpets, rust, mold, hairs on bed and in bathroom. Then the cockroaches came out! I had to pack up my stuff and move rooms. They ensured this was a newly removed room and was clean and bug free. Well it was not clean either. They offered nothing but a “sorry”. I would never stay here again.

Reported it to the main desk and the explanation we got was that "the rooms were sprayed the day before and insects may have been still crawling around before dying"!! This was followed by a "que pena" (what a shame) statement from the front desk person. Are they for real? Aside from this, we found old dirty towels left behind on the shower, no shower mat was available, and we only got two towels, this Holiday Inn does not offer free breakfast like others. Before leaving we asked to speak with the hotel manager and were told she could not be reached! Do yourself a favor, look for another Holiday Inn nearby or another hotel.
- MCMs CollinsOct 27, 20251.0I booked a room (jetted tube) for two nights. When we checked in I was pleased with the room. Until I inspected the tube. It was absolutely filthy!!! Unsanitary. I politely went down to the front desk to make them aware. They apologized and stated that someone would be there first thing in the morning. Unfortunately the next day came. We went out for an outing then returned back to the hotel only to find the tube in the same condition as day 1. I went back down to the front desk. It’s now 2/2:30pm. Tube didn’t get clean until later. By this time I no longer had any interest in utilizing the jetted tube because I didn’t trust if it was cleaned or not. All I know is I wiped the tube and the towel was dirty, hair near the drain. Upon check out I was charged for the full amount. Not to mention my invoice was noted “BCU college”. WHY was that noted on my invoice??? Is this why I had to pay days in advance????? Discrimination!!!! I will be more than happy to upload pictures I’ve made SEVERAL calls to mgmt and Corporate. Only to get offered POINTS for a future stay!!! I will NEVER book with holiday inn EVER!!! The ABSOLUTE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Do NOT BOOK HERE!!!!
