  The shower curtain was torn and flooded the floor daily even after reporting it to “Mo” and two other workers on Thursday and we checked out Saturday. We checked in late Tuesday evening and we never got fresh towels until Friday and we were out of the room each morning by 8. And our trash was never taken out until Friday. We also reported Weed smoking on the balcony a few floors below our room and the staff said there is a zero tolerance but the staff believed the person that answered the door instead of walking outside and seeing the person smoking and spitting over the rail into the concrete area beside the swimming pool from the balcony of room 107. The room air conditioner also had a dirty smell to it thet you get used to but when you leave and come back in, you notice it again. We were in town for a funeral and there are more important things in life than wet floors, the smell of weed and smoke and lack of fresh towels, but we expected more especially after reporting the concerns.

  Not good, hospitality failure. Tell you on reservation can extend do late then nope have to check out original day 11. This screwed up our extended family's day plan for our event as we had booked several rooms for them, and worst part of it was instead of showing concern or compassion the rude front desk clerk started to verbally escalate! Sad people be like this, instead of looking in to analyze then resolve problems lash out blame attack others : ( rule number one of hospitality is dont just follow through on what you say you're going to do but do above beyond; it's OK if can't do something but when say can but don't come through = failure! Anyways, if you're looking for just a room bed by ocean K, but if desiring to enjoy more of a full service hotel vacation stay might want look elsewhere.... EDIT re their reply: Ty but how u know who/when? This stay wasn't yesterday was while ago. I will update this if/when hear how your upper management has taken steps to improve, don't care for any points but would like to hear how taking action to fix internal, i.e. for the good of future people

  Great location, right in front of the beach. Service is good staff are friendly. However, rooms are damp and smell weird, really thin walls so you can hear your room neighbor snoring all night which is really annoying.

  The shower leaked as well as black mold, the medical handle was running rust, the floors you definitely wanted to where shoes if you waering white Sox the microwave had rust inside of it, they texted to rate them so we did an they said they would call never did .the door handle to our room you had to fight it to open, the smoke alarm battery was hanging out totally dissatisfied with the room, and no support!!! Haiti was supposed to call and never did, totally irresponsible and dissatisfied, especially with the black mold!!!
