    Great location, right in front of the beach. Service is good staff are friendly. However, rooms are damp and smell weird, really thin walls so you can hear your room neighbor snoring all night which is really annoying.

    The shower leaked as well as black mold, the medical handle was running rust, the floors you definitely wanted to where shoes if you waering white Sox the microwave had rust inside of it, they texted to rate them so we did an they said they would call never did .the door handle to our room you had to fight it to open, the smoke alarm battery was hanging out totally dissatisfied with the room, and no support!!! Haiti was supposed to call and never did, totally irresponsible and dissatisfied, especially with the black mold!!!

    The wifi was continually dropping, poor TV selection, bed was very uncomfortable, the microwave didn't work, and supposedly we were given the one from the employee lounge, my husband went to answer our phone and the cord fell off the phone and the receiver, the lamps on the night stands didn't work it was difficult to charge anything because the ports were in the lamps. We/I have stayed at many Hiltons and this was by far the worst one yet. The price truly extortion for this facility. Very Disappointing, we actually departed a day early because we couldn't take another night sleeping (fig.) on that bed.

    Our stay had some great highlights, but also a few things that definitely need improvement. First, the front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Every time we walked in or out, they greeted us with genuine smiles and positive energy. They were always ready to help with anything we needed and answered every question without hesitation. Their kindness really stood out and made the hotel feel welcoming. The bar was another plus — the drinks were good, and it was nice having that option right on-site. However, the cleanliness of the rooms needs serious attention. The soap dispensers in the shower were literally hanging off the wall, and the room didn’t seem like it had been cleaned thoroughly before we arrived. I even found a floss pick under a chair in the room, which definitely wasn’t ours. Pretty nasty and not what you expect when you’re paying for a comfortable stay. Overall, the staff and amenities were great, but the hotel really needs to improve housekeeping and maintenance. With better room cleanliness, this would easily be a much higher-rated stay.
