    Absolutely thrilled with my stay here! Janice at the front desk did a phenomenal job assisting me, she even bumped me up to an upgraded room after some confusion with my original room, all great all around. One more reason I'm happy to be a Hilton customer.

    I only booked this hotel because of the 24/7 airport shuttle which they do not offer. We will have to take an Uber.

    I booked this hotel to see a friend who lives nearby and was super excited. I got to the hotel super late and was very tired and ready to go to sleep. The front desk staff refused over and over to check me in because I was not "old enough" even though their policy states you have to be 18 to book. On the website it does not say their policy is 21 to check in, which is what I was told upon arrival. Front desk then asked for my reason for visiting to see if it was a valid enough reason to be able to stay there. Their policy of check in age should be clearly stated when booking. Luckily he "made an exception" after 10 minutes of asking me personal questions. Great hotel but I did not feel welcome by the staff at all.

    Dear Hilton Garden Inn Daytona Beach Management, I recently made a reservation using my Hilton Amex card. When I arrived to check in, I discovered that all of my cards had been compromised and had to be frozen for security reasons. Despite having valid ID and enough cash to cover the stay and any incidentals, I was refused check-in because I didn’t have an active card available for the hold. While I understand that policies and procedures must be followed, I was deeply disappointed by the complete lack of understanding and compassion shown by your staff. This was an unfortunate and stressful situation beyond my control, and rather than being met with empathy or effort to find a reasonable solution, I was simply turned away. As a loyal Hilton guest, I expected more professionalism and flexibility in handling an emergency circumstance like this.
