Ashni Attri is an amazing Manager of a first class Hilton property. I am a Hilton Diamond member and have stayed at many Hilton properties and this is a stand out property. The staff is outstanding, , Janice, Victor, Donna,John,India,Garnet and all staff. I would highly recommend and hope Ashni and staff are recognized for this outstanding property.

I’m currently staying at this Hilton property for work during the 500, and today was a reminder of why I’m not loyal to Hilton and only stay at their hotels when I have no other option.
I’m here every year for the 500, the Coke Zero 400, Bike Week, and other major events, often with employees, so this is not a one time visit. I am very familiar with how different hotel brands handle high traffic weekends. In my experience, Hilton is the only major brand that consistently sells out its guest experience to make a few extra bucks.
It was very clear that management prioritized selling parking spaces to race fans over providing adequate parking for paying hotel guests. As someone staying on property for work, I should not have to compete for parking with event traffic.
When I went to the front desk to ask where I was supposed to park, the response I received was, “I don’t know what to tell you. I didn’t work here last year.” That level of indifference and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Whether someone worked there last year or not has nothing to do with helping a current guest solve a problem.
If you are staying here during a major event, be prepared for parking to be an afterthought. Guest experience clearly takes a back seat to event revenue.

I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The bed was extremely comfortable and made for a really restful night. Janice assisted me with my reservation and explaining how the system charged it, and she was incredibly helpful and kind. Her customer service truly made a difference. I would definitely stay here again!

NICKEL AND DIME, NICKEL AND DIME.......
I've probably spent 100 nights at this hotel over the past 20 years. While it is an average HGI, it is usually pretty clean. Breakfast is usually not great.....
Anyway, I arrived for my latest stay and found that they are now charging $5 per night for parking at their unsecured, unattended, unfenced parking lot. This is after Hilton corporate eliminated the "free" HGI breakfast - replacing it with a $10 credit, which does NOT cover the cost of breakfast. I have the most status you can theoretically have with Hilton - lifetime Diamond, and honestly I don't bother with them anymore because of the nickel and diming and the ridiculous redemption rates for points stays. I LOVED Hiltons and have probably stayed nearly 3000 nights at this point (yes that is 8 years of my life) but they have pushed me away as a customer. Now 99% of the 200 or so nights I spend each year in a hotel are spent in a non-Hilton brand.
So hotel management and Hilton, ask yourself this. Was it really worth losing my 200 nights of business to chisel an extra $5 from me???
