  Heads up. Sometimes they put a $50 hold on your credit card or they get an authorization. Totally depends on who helps you checking apparently.

  One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Our first room had German cockroaches and smelled strongly of mold and mildew. I immediately reported it to the front desk, and we were moved to a second room — which also had German cockroaches. I contacted the front desk again, and the only solutions offered were to move us a third time or have the room sprayed. Not wanting to keep moving rooms and risk the same issue again, we chose to have the room sprayed. When staff came up, they claimed they didn’t see any roaches — despite the fact that we had already killed the ones we saw (and yes, I have photos of them). Anyone familiar with German cockroaches knows they spread quickly and are extremely difficult to eliminate. We then went back down to the desk to ask what else could be done besides moving to yet another room. We were told some money would be taken off our stay. We paid $1,000 for this room. The initial adjustment? $10. That was completely unacceptable given the condition of the rooms. “Cheryl” then stated she would take off more and printed us a receipt reflecting an adjustment. However, when we checked our bank statements in the following weeks, we were still charged the full amount. No additional refund was processed. When I tried to speak with someone higher up, I was not allowed to. The lack of cleanliness was unacceptable, but the attitude, dishonesty, and complete lack of professionalism were just as disturbing as the condition of the rooms.

  This is the worst Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at! If we weren't so exhausted from driving I would have checked out and requested a refund! Room #304- hole in shower wall, frayed carpet, outdated rooms. I noticed that I was double charged at checkout, brought it to Sheryl attention and she blamed Priceline! Took over a week to get straightened out! 🫤

  Overall the rooms was decent, but being at a Hilton brand hotel and having breakfast i was disappointed to see off brand products used at this location
