  What a cozy apartment, from the bathroom to the kitchen, to the dining room and living room combo which is very spacious, and a separate bedroom which overlooks the ocean and how could you go wrong. Ceiling fans are in the living room and the bedroom which is always a requirement for me so I was happy to see them. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, full-size coffee maker, microwave, and stove top, and a small sink. You have everything that you need in order to stay very comfortably over the course of many days, including a four chair dinette set and a full-size couch, two televisions, plenty of furniture and a well designed bathroom. You have a sliding glass door to have access to your balcony to have an amazing view of the ocean. There are beach towels, plenty of bath towels, lots of furniture to store your clothing and accessories, the lighting is wonderful, and parking very accessible. The people are quite friendly and very helpful as well. But Brittany did an amazing job of staging the area and cleaning it so beautifully, the room smelled fresh, was well organized, and you could tell that extra attention to creating the environment was there. Everything was extremely clean and well organized, folded properly and everything in its place. The decor is typical Florida colors that resonate with me as I have lived in Daytona before and appreciate the colors from blue and white, tan and gray. Everything is working properly and in very good condition so I’m quite happy to be staying here.

  We had a beautiful stay at the Daytona Seabreeze. The staff was courteous as well as professional, including Taniya and Kristin at the front desk and lobby, and the amenities were surprisingly extensive. The pool and hot tub were completely rebuilt after hurricane damage a few years ago, so the entire oceanside patio is brand new. It includes 3 barbecue gas grills, a fire pit, and umbrella tables and informal seating at tables around the fire pit area. Oceanside access is direct, down a short stairs with shower and foot-washing facilities. A full gym/workout room is available, and activities are frequently scheduled. Rooms vary from one to two bedrooms (the two bedroom rooms have two bathrooms), and contain mini kitchens. Keurig coffee makers are available on request, as well as other amenities. If there happens to be a space launch scheduled from Cape Canaveral/Kennedy, you can have a front row seat on your balcony (especially amazing at night!). Highly recommended! All rooms have a balcony directly on the ocean (with privacy from other rooms), so you can leave the sliding doors cracked and hear the ocean from your bedroom!
