  The location is great. It's right at the beach and almost like 15 mins away from the Speedway so it's at a decent location. The rooms are not the best but definitely not close to being the worst. They are pretty decent. The staff was reasonable. They were helpful in my check-in process which I appreciate. The breakfast was good. Lacked some options but it was good enough. Overall, if you're not planning to stay indoors for a longer period of time, definitely worth considering.

  ✨🏨 A stay that truly had it ALL 🏖️🌅 Free breakfast every day with so many options: boiled potatoes with peppers 🌶️, scrambled eggs, egg omelets, bacon, pancakes, sausages, cupcakes 🧁, juices, fresh fruit, bagels, and English muffins 🥯🍓 (real food and variety every day — not fake stuff like other places 🙌) Perfect location, close to many places, beautiful sunrises, and views you fall in love with. We paid $25 for 4 days parking when others hotel is usually much more expensive 😍 We stayed for New Year’s, and the fireworks over the water and beach were absolutely magical 🎆🌊 Very clean, safe, with kind and welcoming staff. I truly loved every single day of my stay 🤍✨ Definitely a place I’d come back to without hesitation.

  Check in was seamless. We were told parking was $8, but it was not displayed on the site. Within the link to provide feedback, the property info says the parking is $7. That's contradictory. Upon entry into our room, which was a oceanfront king suite, it had a little smell. But once we were in the room, opened the sliding door and began to cook the smell dissipated. The living room area and bedroom was very spacious. Bathroom is decent. I love the hot water and pressure. I could stay in there all night. The view of the ocean was great. A few upgrades needed: The bed rails stick out from the side of the bed and when you get out the bed it makes a loud thump noise. They're also not comfortable at all. The other night stand and lamp near the bathroom was missing. From the pictures there should have been two nightstands and two lamps, but there was only one of each. The pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, glasses should be a whole set. Initially we only had one small pot and all butter knives. But was able to get a larger pot and more cutlery from another room. We also had one glass, three mugs, two bowls, three saucers, and four plates. This is an incomplete set. These things should be supplied in each room. We went out on the beach area and was locked out before the sun set. We were told to walk around but declined to do so and they sent someone to unlock the gate. The door to our room is very heavy and does not close softly behind you. You have to push it really hard to open and close it. The paint needs to be touched up. It gives dated vibes. The door frame needs to be upgraded. It's rusty and looks very dated. The outside side of the building has rust areas running down the side of the building. The breakfast was not adequate as they ran out of food and offered the excuse that they did not expect as many people during this weekend's stay, however it was not at capacity and, therefore we were not able to partake in the free breakfast. Lastly, the upkeep looks very poor and needs attention. Overall, our stay was semi-satisfactory. We'd stay again but only with the attention being given to the suggested changes. I left out one major concern... the phones. We were told the phones were not working and made to sign a paper. Why would there be a paper to sign if this was a sudden issue??? This is unacceptable! The phones should be working at all times in the case of an emergency. No excuse!!!!

  We stayed for 2 nights, Rooms with ocean view have very good view , rooms ( old but newly renovated ) and beds are clean, kitchenette also neat , provided with fridge microwave , dishes and plates . Bathroom also seems renovated . Room service also on time they asked if we need replacement towels etc . Breakfast is hot breakfast . The Person Ellen ( and her husband) who is taking care breakfast-room is very kind and she helped us by going above and beyond . Overall it’s a good place to stay. Parking fee $8 additional. One improvement needed - Coffee is not of great taste .

  I stayed here for three nights while attending an event and had a pleasant overall experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, offering a lovely ocean view that made mornings relaxing. The complimentary breakfast had standard but satisfying options to start the day. The hotel is about a mile from several great restaurants, easily reachable by a short walk or Uber. Everything went smoothly during my stay, and I’d definitely recommend this place for a relaxing weekend getaway.
