Some of the front desk staff didn't really know what they were doing. The location was the best for the places we were there for. Room didn't have a coffee pot for the maker and the 2nd floor ice machine was not working.

I had a long drive from Charlotte at night with 2 friends and we arrived late at 2:30 am in the 29th of December 2025, I booked the hotel from Booking.com on the way before I get to Daytona exactly at 12:25 am, we just wanted to sleep and continue driving to Miami. But the staff at the check-in rolled her eyes exactly after I told her about my Last Name (🙄🥴) she exactly did like these 2 faces! And started repeating (I HAVE NOTHING FOR YOU) every time I ask her about my reservation! -I have a reservation = I HAVE NOTHING FOR YOU -I have a confirmation number = I HAVE NOTHING FOR YOU -whom should I report this to? = I HAVE NOTHING FOR YOU Booking deducted the amount already = I HAVE NOTHING FOR YOU I called the hotel number from booking in front of her then she picked the phone, I told her THIS IS ME CALLING = I HAVE NOTHING FOR YOU WE DONT HAVE ANY ROOMS LEFT = I understand that but I have a reservation and they already deducted the amount = I HAVE NOTHING FOR YOU Then my friend said I found the CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER, then immediately asked me for my identification! Then suddenly she printed the form that has all my information saved in Booking App! And she said I will give you SOMEONE’s room “trying to cover what she is trying to do” thinking that we understand nothing! Anyways, she gave us a room after she made me sight the form highlighting the fees, and in the morning we found out that the shower is not working! We just washed our faces and continued driving to Miami

The gentleman behind the counter the most rude individual you ever wanna meet and punch checking out in the morning. I left my phone number for having the hotel manager, give me a call And three days later still received. No phone call.
