    super clean rooms super friendly staff at the front desk. no complaints great location on the beach! pool was amazing. Ivie is super friendly and professional and i had a very pleasant check in.

    I booked this hotel for 52$ and didn't read any reviews before booking. I glanced at the 4 stars and thought I was good to go. After reading numerous recent reviews regarding a rampant roach investigation I was shaken and attempted to cancel the booking. Evie politely let me know this wasn't possible because I booked through a sketchy third party site and knew I was lying when I stated I had a family emergency. Even though she knew I was lying I she was professional, efficient and friendly. After checking in I swept the room for roach activity and couldn't find anything under the mattress, behind the pictures, under the microwaves, in the crown molding, behind the mirror, in the drain or in the air vents. The room was great and if I hadn't read the reviews I would have felt a lot better about it. The hotel does smell kind of floral / perfumey / bad but to be fair the IHOP and 7/11 across the street smelled bad too so it may not be a hotel issue and I got used to it quickly. The pillows were also a weird size. This hotel is right on the beach and has a lovely pool. I left a green polo Ralph Lauren sweater in my room. Evie, consider it yours

    Was very surprised to see ROACHES In my room. The rooms seemed beautiful and updated. When I was exiting my room I noticed a roach and then again in my bathroom. I called downstairs and they offered to change my room. It was the last night. It was 11pm I just wanted to go to bed. I double checked my bed and said no there is no bugs in my bed I’ll suck it up. Well the next morning I’m getting dressed and what do you know. A baby roach in my bed. 🤢. I went down to check out and kindly told the front desk attendant the situation. He said it was noted and management has to review it. No comp, no help, no apology nothing. I should also mention check in took well over and hour and there were people waiting through the entry door. There were two people working and only one checking them in. Your staff is rude and lazy, and being told “management has to review it in a nasty demeanor was the reason for this review. Will not be staying there again. Want to share a bed with a roach ? Go there !

    The location is decent. But the service at the front desk is horrible. They’re absolutely as molasses and even molasses might have them beat. They don’t offer early check-in and the NONE of the rooms will be available until exactly at 4pm. Then you have to wait until everybody gets checked in at once. I arrived at 4 for check-in and didn’t get to my room until 5:15 !!! This was my first visit and definitely will be my last.

    Loved the visit - The staff at the front desk make this stay one to remember for Ever. Bert wanted to talk to my husband about drugs (He is very sick) and Bert did all to advise us on American Pharma. Thank you Mitch the most heart Warming person there, she asked if we had flight problems, showed us the room, and as she Said our mothers would love it. Finally Karen a classy looking Boss with attention the any scheduelle in our stay. Thank you for memories that last a Life time. May you all be blessed in Hearts and Life forever
