  The hotel itself was great as far as the rooms and the view, but the best western employees suck. They couldn’t help you if you were on fire and they had a water hose in hand, any adjective you have for the word useless works, just a bunch of people making up lies on spot and trying to pass it as “customer service” so they don’t actually have to do anything.

  Check in was a nightmare. Paying for overnight parking took 20 minutes. I seriously thought it was like in the movie Meet the Parents when he was boarding. Not busy no one around. Maybe long day for me… My only criticism is the ice is one the fifth floor only

  Loved the visit - The staff at the front desk make this stay one to remember for Ever. Bert wanted to talk to my husband about drugs (He is very sick) and Bert did all to advise us on American Pharma. Thank you Mitch the most heart Warming person there, she asked if we had flight problems, showed us the room, and as she Said our mothers would love it. Finally Karen a classy looking Boss with attention the any scheduelle in our stay. Thank you for memories that last a Life time. May you all be blessed in Hearts and Life forever

  Room smell like somebody dumped a whole bottle of floral perfume. Woke up with the worst headache. Asked the front desk if this was normal and they stated "yes, they heavily clean the rooms". I agree the room was clean but with the intimidation tactic of signing a waiver of damage that listed the costs of each item in the room and a $100 incidental deposit, I expected alot better than thick smells, lightswitches to nothing, and a poorly patched whole in the wall.

  UPDATE: After calling several times, it’s almost been a month later and all I get when I call is ‘the manager will call you back’ or ‘she isn’t in right now and I think she has offsite meetings somewhere. I have now talked to 4 different front desk associates and I have gotten no where, no calls back, and cannot be connected with the manager who is in charge of handling escalations-even after they responded to my Google review telling me to call in.. This hotel has some shitty customer service, and I’m quite frustrated consider I paid over $525 to stay here for 2 nights, and had to leave early and pay for another hotel due to the cockroaches. You figure they would take customer complaints serious, and atleast have a manager actually call back when dealing with an escalation. Trying to chargeback with my bank currently. I called again yesterday 12th & a young girl answered and was very nice, and said she wrote down everything and will tell the manager to call me back the following day (Thursday) Here we are again with no call back. Considering I work for a travel agency, I will never recommend this hotel to a guest ever, for the simple fact of the lack of customer service. Will also see about putting this location on blast if a manager doesn’t get back in touch with me, or if I don’t get my money back within 7 days from today. November 13th 25’. What a shitty experience. Especially because I’ve stayed here before with no issues. Stayed here for biketober. Only 1 elevator was working. Floors were constantly wet with wet floor signs out. Called down about plumbing issues 10 mins after I got there, and was given a plunger, which was fine… but the issue was never fixed and had to plunge the toilet every single flush. Also, had to check out a day early due to cockroaches. The night shift front desk guy was nice enough, and there wasn’t too much he could do considering they only have 1 employee working at night, but that’s just unacceptable, especially knowing that this event happens the same time every year , and they should be prepared for it. Paid decent money to stay here and have now called 3 different times in regards to getting a refund of some sort for me having to pay to stay in another hotel and each time I speak to someone they say the manager isn’t there. I was sent to the GM voicemail , and it is full and cannot leave any messages. The staff working was nice and did what they could for the time, but Overall not a pleasant experience considering. Especially with the cockroaches, and shitty customer service on getting a call back after I was told 2 different times I would for sure get a call back today.
