  First off let me tell you that we come to this place often it was so much fun all inclusive. But this time it was deplorable. The man at the front desk said that he would give us a discount for our NEXT STAY. And my husband and I are like there won't be a next time. ROOM 1. The door wouldn't shut properly. 2. Roaches😬 3. The lack of electrical plugs. None in the kitchen. We had to make our coffee in the bathroom. 4. Dehumidifier full of water and mold. 5. No utensils in the full kitchen. 6. Tiki Bar gone!!! 7. Pool.. DIRTY and COLD. No I don't think there will be a next time.

  Terrible experience. I literally chose to pay more money to stay here thinking it was better than the neighboring motels. FALSE. Things you should know before booking here .. -On google they claim to have free complimentary parking, FALSE. -They claim their pool is heated, FALSE. Aside from being freezing it was also very dirty and scummy. -We arrived about an hour before check in time and our room was already ready for us. We were still charged an early fee. -The rooms are cheaply put together with broken furniture. No bathroom vent. Lack of plugs. Im positive there has never been an inspection on this place. -No daily room service for laundry, you have to ask and when it did get done after 3 days it was pure lazy. No new sheets. -Hotel claims daily happy hour with 2 free drinks and we never recieved our drink tickets or vouchers. Any pros of this place did not make even one night worth the while. Stay somewhere else!

  This place was undergoing renovations when we stayed so outside of our room was covered in paint leftovers but overall satisfied. The room was clean. Opened directly to the beach. Ice machine worked. Pool was nice. Liked the kiddie pool for the small kiddos.

  This place is awful since they sold! They have a severe roach problem and on top Of that the bar and restaurants are never open. You also have to pay 8 dollars per day for parking on top of your room total. The new owners are really rude and cheap. They do not plan on heating the pool again or have a tiki bar. This placeis a total joke, go anywhere else if you want a decent place to stay.

  I am presently a guess here and I'm very disappointed with some things I'm experiencing. It's a beautiful place and absolutely great location, because it's not far from the board walk, lots of beach shops n restaurants. Ocean front property, tiki restaurant with great staff and the room attendants were very helpful and friendly. Didn't notice any roach issues as I saw on other reviews, clean room 4 out of 5 for cleanliness of room. Now my issues are first of all upon checking in I was told the parking is $8 per day even though I have a screen shot that shows the site say free parking. Fine I paid for parking. I also got Ocean front room with a kitchenette and it's just that. My next issue with my room is that the towel bar in bathroom was broken and made to look like it was f8ne until I picked up the hand towel it just fell. Then the kitchen had no dishes, cups, pots or pans. Fine I went n purchase paper plates n things. Also no patio furniture. The patio door lock is broken as well.Day 2 of my stay we went to breakfast and returned to find a workman on the patio painting and we got no notice or was informed this was gonna take place. Now there's wet paint on the patio and on the patio floor. No heated pool as stated on the site. I am really trying very hard to make the best of this trip because I just wanted a break from work relax and enjoy some ocean air. Not very happy with this experience. So here's an update since Friday Dec 26, 2025. Today is Dec 29, 2025. Got the pots, dishes, and patio chairs Sunday afternoon. Had guests in our room to play a card game Sunday night and guess who showed up when we turn on the lights, yes 2 roaches. This was so embarrassing and gross. Such a beautiful place with such an amazing view but this experience make it hard to return.
