  My family and I are currently staying here for four nights during Bike Week. My husband’s employer booked and paid for the room, and unfortunately our stay has been extremely frustrating from the moment we arrived. We drove 9 hours to get here with our 4-year-old and arrived around 8:30 PM. Even though my husband’s boss had called the hotel two days prior to explain he would be paying for the room, the front desk told us at check-in that they required the physical credit card. This was never mentioned during the phone call. Our boss then had to drive to his shop, print paperwork, send a credit card authorization form, and provide copies of his ID and card just so we could check in. The next day things got even more confusing when a front desk employee somehow created an entirely new reservation under my name and attempted to charge my personal credit card (the one only meant for incidentals) almost $1,700 without authorization. The charge declined, which is the only reason we found out. We had to go back down to the front desk and sort out the mistake while my husband’s boss was also calling the hotel. The employee eventually admitted he made an error. Our first room also had major issues. The air was extremely humid and the carpet was damp. The room felt swampy and gave me a headache. The hotel moved us to another room, but I had to move all of our belongings myself while alone with my child. Our new room has a door that barely opens. The front desk told me you have to lift the door while opening it. In reality, it requires using significant force and literally body-checking the door to get it open, hurting my shoulder in the process. Housekeeping has also been inconsistent. My parents’ room was skipped entirely one day. Our room has only had trash taken out and towels replaced, and at one point we were completely out of hand soap and had to call the front desk to bring us some. For a hotel charging close to $400 per night during this event, the experience has been disappointing. The staff members we interacted with were polite, but the overall management and organization at this property needs serious improvement.

  I enjoyed this basic location. No bar or restaurant to bring the noise and bull views are awesome. Beach access is awesome. Pool is clean and private gym functions excellent with an ocean view. The staff was perfect I was there for 5 nights. I can't wait to go back. Bed pillows linens top notch. Bathroom soaps lighting awesome. Views balcony access and parking all perfect. Can walk to a bunch of places for food and items forgotten if u don't have a car. Awesome quiet location. Updated place smells great wildlife was curious and friendly.

  Room was great I just prefer to have an actual fan option that will stay in. Location is great and the staff were very friendly.

  The hotel itself is really old, the rooms are ok but are also old. They are clean. The staff is super friendly. The oceanview os perfect. Good stay fpr the Daytona 500.
