  Elevator is in bad shape. Room had paint splatters on floor. Very low water pressure. Sliding door had not been cleaned in months. Fantastic incredible view. Bar tender had very little personality.

  They failed to notify me of a daily $28 resort fee before I made the reservation. Had I know they were adding almost $200 for my week stay, I would not have chosen to stay here. I will not be back.

  Excellent location for Epcot, enters at France and skyway right there as well. You can even boat to studios. Excellent boardwalk walk feel for hanging out at night.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Memorable Birthday Stay in Daytona! We came to this hotel for my wife’s birthday — our first time visiting Daytona. Like most, I’m a bit of a review-searching professional, so I did my homework beforehand. I reached out in advance to see if there was anything special I could do to celebrate my wife’s day, and upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches Toni and Jennifer arranged. Their attention to detail truly made our visit memorable. The entire staff was accommodating, pleasant, and genuinely welcoming — making us feel like we were at a home away from home. Your hard work and warmth did not go unnoticed. Thank you for making my wife’s birthday so special. Keep up the great work!

  Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life! I stayed here last year, truly enjoyed the experience, so I went back. Could not have been more disappointed. Had to originally be moved to a different room due to hairs in the sheets. The new room was cleaner but had black mold and there was no dust cover or box spring cover. Just a mattress atop two bare box springs sitting on top of a metal frame. There is supposed to be no smoking but each night someone staying in a room near us was smoking marijuana and it would drift into our room. The pool and hot tub were loaded with algae. Not once did I see someone cleaning the pool. No one monitored the pool, so during all hours of the night, people were at the pool having a party. So instead of listening to the ocean, we listened to party goers. We were there 7 days and 6 nights, only once was our room cleaned, and that was only because I kept complaining. The bed was left unmade, dirty towels on the floor, and dirt throughout the room. Last year it appears they were renovating the rooms. This year they gave up. The walls and doors, inside and out, are filthy. The deadbolt lock to the room would not lock. It was frozen stuck. I had to pay for the privilege to park at the hotel but parking was so limited I had to park across the street in an empty parking lot, behind a gift shop, with no security. I asked multiple times (3-4) to speak to a manager. One was never onsite. How in the world?! Three times I was promised a call from the manager and never received a call. The afternoon front desk clerk was friendly and “tried” to make the situation better with additional drink tickets to the tiki bar, even after I repeatedly informed her we do not drink. If this were the last hotel on Earth, I would not stay here. Now, my partner and I are both sick from the black mold in the room. For your own health and safety, do not stay here. The only positive was being able to see the ocean from the room.
