I stayed here for Jeep beach week and the location was what I thought would be best. Not so much for this event but you live and you learn. I didn't expect much from the rooms but was disappointed that the TV didn't work, and the phone is there for decoration because it didn't work either. I received a text from the front desk that stated if I needed anything reply for assistance. So I assume that was put in place of the phones. So I text a reply to the number and stated the TV didn't work and requested additional towels. They completely ignored the TV part of my text and for the towels, they said request at the front desk. So what's the point in sending me this text message??? The text should have said "if you need anything come to the desk to request because we're not bringing anything to you". Also the housekeeper only made one bed when they cleaned the room (my bed was made but the other guest's bed was left unmade) Now parking... again I understand it was Jeep Beach week so I knew there may have been some challenges but never have I ever been told by a parking attendant that they wanted to fight me. The tall slim Jamaican parking attendant was trying to save a parking spot for another guest, but sir that's not okay during this weekend when parking is slim to none. So when I parked in the unofficially reserved parking he got upset and said "I want to fight" I replied "you wanna fight me?!" He said "yeah but I can't". Sir that's a threat. I quickly realized that either the guest was paying the employees on the side to save spaces or they were playing favoritism because on another occasion (during beach day for all jeeps) I returned to my hotel to change and there was a few spots that weren't parking spots but given the weekend I'd seen vehicles there. I asked Isaiah who was out from behind the desk in the parking lot, would it be okay if I parked in a specific spot. After a few pleas he said no and I parked across the street. When I come back I see Isaiah moving his car over to the handicap area so a vehicle can pull in a parking spot and the other spot that I was told would make entering the parking lot too tight there was a gladiator jeep there but I was told my wrangler couldn't park there. That gladiator was bigger than my wrangler. So those two interactions with parking totally disappointed me. I just like to be treated equal. Let's stick to the rules across the board. This wasn't just a vacation but I'm a travel agent as well and wanted to get content on underrated places to stay. Unfortunately I wasn't able to complete the video because of the treatment received.

Rooms are very unkept, floors are nasty with what appears to be mold under the ac unit. Had to wait an hour for my room for them to give me nothing for the inconvenience. Parking is an absolute joke, they called me while I was a mile away on the beach to ask me to move my car. When i got there 20min later they were already placing cones around my car for construction. They gave me no notice of this the prior day or earlier that morning. They blocked off the parking garage and 50% of the parking lot.

Nice Hotel overall. Beautiful room (2 Queen oceanfront) being on the third floor we got to see much of the beach in both directions. Loved spending time on the balcony just relaxing. The pool was great and well maintained daily. This hotel is directly beside the car entrance to the beach so we got to see quite a bit as this weekend was Jeep Beach(didn't know that when booking but didn't have a negative impact on our stay). We enjoyed having the beach right at the doorstep basically. The Tiki Bar had great drinks and the bartender was very nice. Only two things that stood out as slight cons. Parking: If you don't get there early for your stay parking can be an issue. There is a parking lot attendant that helps make sure people can park or get out. We had read the reviews so we arrived early and found a great spot went inside and got the parking pass until our room was ready. We didn't move the car the 3 nights we were there, really didn't need to everything is within a 15 min walk that you could need. Elevators: The elevators work they are just really slow but I'll gladly wait rather then climb/go down multiple flights of stairs. Overall we had a great time and will plan a return trip next year.

Shout out to Tatiana for her excellent service and for being so helpful. She went ABOVE and beyond for my daughter and I. She works so hard and her friendly smile made us feel her happiness. I didn’t get the names of the staff upon check-in, however they were awesome as well. I walked and she said… ‘Stephanie’. I said, ‘why yes how’d ya know’, she said ‘you’re our last check-in for the day’. That made me laugh and already felt welcome. Comfy beds, close to everything and walking distance to a Starbucks, local shops, restaurants. No Publix walking distance (boo) but if you have a car then there is one close. Pool was warm!! Tiki bar… friendly bartender and not a long wait at all. Great time here!!
