    We got stranded in Ft. Lauderdale due to the Spirit airlines shutdown. We scrambled to make other travel arrangements and Shessy at the front desk was very understanding and helpful! When we were able to arrange another flight home at a later time she gave us a late check out and booked the airport shuttle for us! Great location, nice rooms and amenities! All the staff here were super nice.

    Pre-Arrival Customer Service: Room booked by me for 3 adults. My flight was delayed and other party arriving well before me. I called front desk, advised situation. Front Desk was very understanding and made arrangements for other party to access room before my arrival. Once I arrived I felt like a family member who had difficult travel. Very warm, caring & gracious. Shuttle - obviously longer wait due to distance but well worth the wait. Driver was amazingly welcoming & placed me at ease. Facilities- outstandingly clean! Not just presenting clean but really clean. It is obvious the entire staff has pride in the place of employment. Wonderful stay!

    This is a great hotel. Not only do the rooms have microwaves, but they also provide microwave-safe dishes. I wish all hotels followed this example.

    This hotel should consider removing themselves from dayuse.com. My family and I stayed here recently on April 17th, and were taken aback by the poor customer service on behalf of Rebeka and her colleague (I failed to get his name). His customer service was the worst. Both refused to honor the booking price from dayuse.com, citing a website glitch. Rebeka failed to share the cost difference, until I looked at the receipt printout, having taken my card already and all. This “glitch” is no fault to the customer and should have been honored. Instead of apologizing, we were met with the male colleague telling us that we can go stay elsewhere. Very poor customer service
