  Die Lage zum Airport und dem Hardrock Hotel-Casino war gut. Beim Frühstück war es ziemlich eng. Das Geschirr beim Frühstück war aus Plastik und Einweg Tellern.

  Five stars doesn't mean its a luxury hotel, but what this hotel does is fulfill its promise as an affordable option in a very convenient location. Close proximity to the beaches, airport and Hard Rock Live make this hotel a perfect choice for visitors. Front desk personnel were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. They even have a free shuttle service to the airport and Hard Rock. We used the shuttle to get to a concert at HR and it was super convenient and a money saver. Definitely would stay here again if I visit the area.

  We spent a couple of nights in this hotel while we were in the Fort Lauderdale area visiting South Beach and a few events. The hotel is clean breakfast is decent the staff was great and the rooms were comfortable. Price was just write 2 which makes it a great value.

  Clean quiet large room with full kitchen. Breakfast was great, fresh food and good variety. 4 min to hard rock. What more could u ask for

  I made a reservation to stay here the night before my cruise out of Miami. We made this reservation about a month earlier. I called the hotel the day of my reservation around 2:30 pm. I let the front desk know we would be arriving around 12:00 am. I was told not to worry because I had a confirmed reservation. We were about a hour away and received a phone call from the hotel that they overbooked and gave my room away. I am a Diamond Elite member that stays in IHG hotels only for work travel about 3 months of the yr. I asked how this was possible because I had a confirmed reservation? I was told they could not accommodate us now and that was it. I asked that you can’t accommodate me at another hotel in the area and was told no. I hung up with hotel and called the Diamond Elite member number. I explained what happened and they called hotel. They were told the same story. The hotel said they were able to find a 4 star hotel in Ft. Lauderdale. It’s now 1:30 am and we have driven over 20 hrs and we’re exhausted. The hotel emailed the new hotel information and said they would be paying for hotel and refunding all my points that I used to book their hotel. I arrived at new hotel and they had no availability and told the people who made the reservation they had no room for us. We called Diamond Elite line back and explained what was going on again. We now were going into 2:00 am and still nowhere to stay. The IHG representative was checking all hotels in area and they were all full. We asked them to look further out and they were not understanding. We had to go o line and finally ourselves found a hotel an hour and half out of Ft. Lauderdale. The IHG representative booked the hotel and used my points. I don’t understand why Staybridge did not pick up that bill and I had to use my points for all the aggravation we had to go through. I have not received an apology for all the trouble. I will probably continue using IHG for my business travel but will never book a Staybridge hotel again! Now I am worried about my future reservations that I book through the App.
