I called at 2:45 PM on Thursday, November 6th with a simple shuttle question before my arrival. The woman who answered was abrupt, rude, and dismissive. I had to ask a question since we were traveling with someone who has mobility issues and asked where exactly to meet the shuttle at the airport. Her response: “Call me when you arrive and I will tell you.” No hospitality, no effort to help. I called back to ask her name, clearly identifying myself, and was met with silence before she finally answered, “T.” The entire interaction was unprofessional and far below what I expect as a loyal IHG Platinum member. To management: please review your call logs for the time listed above and address this behavior. If you acknowledge and take action regarding this incident, I will adjust my rating to reflect that you take guest concerns seriously.

Everyone at the front desk staff was extremely pleasant and helpful and my room was extremely clean and beautiful. My view was incredible! I got to watch the hard rock Hotel guitar change colors all night. It was beautiful. The breakfast was great and I loved that this hotel was dog friendly and everyone was very accommodating and friendly to my dog. The only disappointing factor here is they have two house cats and one of them is very aggressive and attacked my dog on my last day here. I thought it was going to walk away, so I continued to try to walk past through the exit door, but it would not stop and continued to attack my dog. It was a really scary moment.

Cleaned daily. The whole place is so clean! Have buffet breakfast included. 2 huge elevators. 2 cute cats. Great place to stay.
