From the gentleman who picked us up from the airport (Which this hotel offered an amazing airport shuttle to and from) to seeing him hustle around late into the evening an all around Rockstar, unfortunately I can not recall his name. But deserves much recognition! He was very helpful in informing us of local places and making us feel welcome as we started our vacation. Could go on about him... side note on the outdoor pool was very well maintained snd inviting even just for relaxation around the pool area! Highly recommend this place 👌🏼

The room also had bed bugs, which was completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level. When I approached the manager on duty, Ahmmed Chowdhury, he was rude, dismissive, and even lied about addressing the issues. Instead of offering any help or compensation, he acted unprofessionally and showed no concern for guest comfort. I expected much better from Holiday Inn Express. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here until management takes accountability and improves their service.
