  Great staff at front desk. Nice rooms and hood location. Within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Hasina is a Ray of Sunshine! "We had a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn, but the true highlight of our experience was the breakfast service. Our breakfast attendant, Hasina, is absolutely beautiful inside and out! She works extremely hard and goes above and beyond to make sure every guest is taken care of with a genuine smile. Her kind and loving nature made our mornings so special—it felt more like being hosted by a friend than just staying at a hotel. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and warm-hearted. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but its staff like Hasina who truly make the difference. We can’t wait to come back!" All the employees cleaning the rooms also very hard working

  Worst experience! Our room was next to the breakfast area and there was noise from about 4:30 am on! We were told that breakfast was served until 10, but in fact it was closed down at 9:30 am. As we were getting ready to leave for check-out, there was a very strong smell of gas in the hallway and in our room. The front desk staff seemed limited in their English and non responsive to our concerns. DO NOT STAY HERE!

  The worst customer service I’ve experienced. We had a group of 10 and got here early from our port after getting off of our cruise ship. We requested an early check-in and after 3 1/2 hours we are all still sitting around outside with our luggage with zero communication or concern from staff (some of our group are elderly). We cannot use the restroom in the lobby because we don’t have key cards to unlock the door. Check-in is 3 pm (per the sign in the lobby) and it’s currently 3:24 pm and still sitting outside. I would give a 0 rating if I could and if there was an option to stay somewhere else I would.

  This hotel does not keep your luggage for you. They say that they will on the sign on their front desk, but they do not. They also do not offer early check-in as advertised, as we had to wait for 3.5 hours before any type of room was available. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to do anything with their time on vacation beyond sitting in a hotel lobby. The staff were unhelpful and gave no time estimates or information, and provided incorrect information about travel around the city. The rooms were clean. Pool is small for the number of guests, and there is very limited parking. The location of the hotel is not great, with no restaurants or green space nearby.
