I’ve stayed at many hotels but this by far takes the cake in poor customer service. I stayed at this hotel on December 14th checked out on December 15th. Still till now my security deposit has not been released. I’ve called to speak with the manager and was met with hostility from them. I’ve called a total of 5 separate times and they keep telling me it’s been released but clearly it hasn’t. I followed up with my bank and they informed me that the hotel still has a security hold on my card and yet have not released the funds. I didn’t purchase anything extra there, so I’m confused as to why I’m getting the runaround! Now I’m not a in need but it’s the principal of the matter. On top of that the room they gave me the sheets were disgusting and the shower curtain had stains on it. Please if the owner of this hotel can rectify this mistake that would be much appreciated.

It was clean on the surface but a deeper clean is definitely necessary. the room i was in had such poor ventilation/air quality, the air system needs to be cleaned and checked for mold, dust etc. carpets and beds need a deep clean. i saw no visible mold but had all the symptoms of an allergen attack. the coffee dispenser in the room was also dirty. the sinks and toilets were clogging but they did come to fix it. i also feel like they are understaffed. they did have a complimentary breakfast with fresh orange juice so that was good.

Our stay at this hotel was great!! We were greeted by Mila from the front desk who was so sweet and professional. Our room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was was very good. Hasina greeted us with a big smile and was also very nice and helpful. When checking out we were greeted by Dee who was also so pleasant and helpful. In conclusion, KUDOS to the hotel, to Mila, Hasina, and Dee who provided EXCELLENT customer service in a professional manner. Thank you all and God Bless!

A standard American Holiday Inn—good for a night or two before or after a cruise. They offer an airport shuttle, but you need to call the hotel front desk to request it once you’ve collected your luggage. There are several Holiday Inns in the area, so make sure you contact this specific location; don’t just hop onto a random Holiday Inn shuttle at the airport.
They also work with a third-party shuttle service that can take you to the cruise terminal for $15 per person. It’s a good deal for small groups, though for larger groups an Uber may be more cost-effective.
The property is old and simple but clean. The room was very spacious — old and simple but clean. Breakfast is basic — bread, cereal, and simple hot protein options.
Front desk staff have that typical "overwhelmed" vibe — so no warm service, but they eventually get you what you need.
Only problem is they don’t provide bottled water. But there’s a Wawa right next door, so it’s easy to grab what you need.
Overall, a convenient stay for cruise travelers.

Nice overnight stay with good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Special mention for Hasina, the breakfast maestro, who kept everything running smoothly and catered to everyone’s needs and wishes. Only problem of our stay is that our bathroom on the 4th floor has a sewer smell when we arrived. We covered the shower drain and turned on the bathroom exhaust fan to clear the air and all was ok after that. Our room faced I575 and there was some traffic noise early and late even though it was a block away. I recommend a room on the South side of the building.
