- KMKaren MartinApr 21, 20261.0I travel frequently for work and have never experienced anything like this. At check-in, I was told my reservation was not paid, even though I had proof and a valid receipt. I even explained that I work for a large, well-known multimillion-dollar company that regularly books travel, and this has never been an issue before. Despite that, there was no effort to verify or help resolve the situation. I was asked to email the confirmation multiple times, but the hotel’s email kept coming back as undeliverable. Instead of helping find another solution, the front desk agent made me wait while assisting other guests and showed little urgency or willingness to help. After a long drive, exhausted, I was left with no real support and ended up having to use my personal credit card just to check in—while being told to “call my company” in a dismissive tone. This was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. The lack of problem-solving and poor attitude at the front desk made for a very disappointing experience.

The TV and WiFi service were horrendous especially given my wife's need to connect her insulin reader to wireless for monitoring. The surrounding area was sketchy. I gave it 3 stars as a courtesy

What wonderful staff that take care of us year after year!!! We have never had an issue. The staff here is amazing and over the years have become like family. The hotel is centrally located, clean, and if you need anything all you need do is ask. On behalf of our whole team THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING!!!! YOU'RE AMAZING!!!! Looking forward to our 2027 stay with you!!! Georgine
