I stayed at a different Home2 here in Orlando a couple months ago. I loved it then too. Breakfast is good. Rooms are spacious and beautiful.

Sumamente decepcionado por el servicio recibido en este hotel, la entrada era a las 3pm y llegamos a la 5.30pm y nos hicieron esperar 45 min para poder darnos una habitación, al parecer estaban cortos de personal, la misma persona del front desk estaba doblando toallas para las habitaciones en una mesa al lado del front desk dando una mala imagen a la empresa, ya que entiendo eso debe hacerlo otro personal y no a lado vista de los huéspedes, por cierto la recepcionista del front desk no era nada amable en su atención. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, no me puedo quejar, pero la atención malísima, para el checkout debimos esperar 20 min por que la recepcionista había salido y dejó un cartel de aviso que decía que ya regresaba, he visitado decenas de hoteles de la cadena Hilton, pero creo que esta este es una de las peores experiencias con el personal…este en especial no lo recomiendo.

My experience at this Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando South Davenport ( 12.26.25 - 12.28.25)
was VERY disappointing! The moment that I arrived it was clear that the property did not live up to the photos. The trash cans in the front and the side of the hotel were over flowing to the ground. The trash cans were like this for the entire two nights of my stay. The parking was horrible. There were two trailors in the parking lot that took up 3 spaces each. Each were on the the sides of the hotel. These trailors were not attached to anyones vehicle. (the entire time of my stay) The parking lot has very limited parking space.
The customer service was equally disappointing. The front desk receptionist was very condescending and dismissive, when it came to me explaining that the room that I reserved more than 2 weeks prior was not the room that she had given me she kept saying that "unfortnately all of the rooms were sold out and that there was nothing that she could do" In a very dismissive way. She told me that "unfortnately my room was given to someone else and that there was nothing that she could do. I asked how do you give a room away to someone that had reservations? She responded by saying " I understand your frustration but agian there is nothing that I can do"( with a smerk on her face being very dismissive) I felt like guest satisfaction was not her priority at all.
I then asked if she would comp me my stay for the room that I was down graded? She said, " unfortnately she could not do that, that I would have to wait until Monday to update the payment. I then asked for a manager. Another employee came up and asked what was going on and she apologized for the inconvience and told the other employee to move me to the correct room. The receptionist then asked what about the other customer and the reply was I will clean it.
After the long check in we finally get to the room and non of the light switches worked. Only the laps on the night stands. The other lights didn''t work. It was very hard to see where you were going. We had to use our cell phones to find any type of light.
The last day there at check out the receptionist informed me that my VISA card was declined (very embarssing) and I told her that I didn't reserve my room with a VISA card that it was an AMEX card. She said on the reservation it shows a VISA. I had to pull out my receipt to show her that it was a AMEX card that was used. I don't understand how I had information in an email and on their screen everything was totally different.
This entire expereince was overhelming and disappointing. I don't think that anyone should experience inexcuseable and unprofessional customer service knowing that is a toursit town and being a holiday season. After traveling for hours and being stuck in traffice to come to deal with poor customer service is appalling and unacceptable. I would not be visiting this hotel again.

They will let you book a room online and wait for you to travel all the way here before they tell you that that they over booked and your out on the streets. If you’re bringing your family to Orlando do not trust the hotel to keep their promise of reservation. They also will not take the hold off your credit card for 3-5 business days
