Worst hotel experience in my life. Expect to wait to get checked in while the front desk woman finishes her cigarette. Lousy customer service. If you stay longer than one night, don't expect to have your room refreshed the second night. And when you try to complain to the front desk, don't expect anyone to answer. When you report your complaints to Hilton, expect to be called a liar, encouraged to leave the hotel but request your refun from whatever site you used to book your room.

Ive stayed here twice now and each time has been a good experience. The most important things to me are: free, safe parking (you can park your car and see it from your room), digital key, and a nice bathroom. This hotel has all of these. I really appreciate the walk in shower, with good water pressure and hot water. Additionally the A/C cools the room very well. A suite is overkill for 2 adults but with the price, parking, and living room acting as a buffer to neighbors, it cant be beat for the price of other hilton hotels. I will be returning here without a doubt.

Main issue is the fact that I came in to Book a room as a member of the Military and was told by the desk clerk that I could only get the Military rate online. For whatever reason, I wasn't able to access the Hilton website on my phone to make that reservation. What frustrates me is the fact that a potential paying customer coming to the front desk is told that they have to go out of their way to visit a website to get a special rate. It should be the Hotel that goes out of their way for the customer and not the other way around.

Stay Away! This hotel does not know how to deal with Autistism. It took me a few months to put together the words and confidence to give this review. My wife and I stayed at this Home2Suitee by Hilton (owned by a franchise not the Hilton Corporation). We stayed in the suite as we were there for a conference and I wanted to ensure the envronment was comfortable for my wife. We checked in the day prior around 3pm without any issues. The only issue that I called about was my last name wasnt working with the internet. The next morning around 620am I left my room without my key purposefully, as the key card was in a slot in which the electricity would stay on (for my wife). To mae a very very long story short. The lady running the front desk said I didnt have a reservation. I was in disbelief over what she put me through to grt back into my room. She said there was no check in. I expained i had the check in and my wife is sleeping in the room. She told me the ONLY way was for her to enter my room and identify what was inside. After she dealt with everyone (as I was explaining to her I have a conferecne to go to and to help me get into my room) the time went into almost 650am. After begging for her to allow me to get into my room (i am autistic and rmeiving structure from me give high levels of anxiety) the lady ended up walking to the room with me. I actually requested a second person to come with us because she was extremely unprofessional. When the three of us got to the room the lady went on to still be very rude to me while i expained to her that she was making me late and I couldnt belive what i was going through. The laady (front desk nigth auditor) ended up going IN my room BY HERSELF for 20 to 30 seconds. I have it recorded I dont have exact. She then came out tried to take the key I was leaving behind for my wife (which I asked for her to leave there) . We finlally went down stairs to get a key and she continued to do other things and prolinged the room key. EVen twlling ME she was going to kick ME out of the hotel if I do not back awy from the counter. I am writng this and it was burned into my brain the way she treated me. Finally around 710am (I was now late for the conference) i recieved my key I spoke with tyhe ASM who just made it to the shift. THis gentleman first apologized for the actions of the lady and everything seemed fine. My wife (also autistic) was extremely upset that this lady went into our room by herself while she was sleeping half naked. She started to look for items and review items that we brought and she was convinced soem items were missing. I ended up going to my conferecne while my wife reviewed our things. Mid day My wife called cofnirming she didnt see what she thought we brought. Something we shouldnt have even had to do. I went back to the hotel to speak with the GM. He tried depsrately to justify and tell me that the SYSTEM wnet back and the lady did everything she could. I showed him where she went into our room buy herself. His dispositioon made me feel like he was a little aggrsive blaming me for the incident. Saying i was loud. I explained I was autistic and my wife was autistic and had MS. (constantly in pain). THE GM then tells me that he wants us to leave! After ALL that! I couldnt belive it. He kcked us out. I lost going to my conference. I did speak to Hiton they gave me support and tod me they would be speaking to this owner's gourp who owned the hotel. Considering all the worng these owner groups are doing lately maybe this is one more Huilton shoul dtake the franchise license from. The hotel NEVER apoligized. Texas Western Hospitality who is the Franchise owner ALSO never apoligized. Hilton Corporate did and they told me they will take action and use this aas a training moment. This was good enough for me. I just know that I will not stay at any of the hotels owned by Texas Western Hositality under Hilton's name.
