  We got stuck in here due to truck repair and picked your location for our stay, yea we wont so that again! Rooms were clean, though I dont understand the coffee pot on the bottom shelf of the TV stand with no power! Your night staff is as lazy as they come, will do literally only the bare minimum of their job! Your breakfast, nothing was fresh, bagels are half stale, your egg omelet are frozen pre-made and taste like cardboard! Ended up getting stuck longer than planned so we HAD to book with your staff another day who 'did us a favor to keep our room' then when we found out we got stuck another day, your SAME front desk was about to 'help' us out by waving the $100 deposit we had already paid the day before AND would charge us about $120 MORE on top your already over charged rooms. No thank you, we left and went somewhere so much better and even less than you! I'll save ya the dead animal that was in your parking lot from the sunset to about 10am the following evening, LOVED watching your staff walk around it! Simply put, they have a clean bed and shower for about $240 a night

  Showed up early morning-2am, and was greeted by very friendly staff member. Was also greeted by name when walking by through my stay.

  Super pleased with our stay here had a great check-in experience with Destiny. Kyler Was very professional I chatted with her a few times before we checked in I couldn’t be more pleased with a wonderful staff. We had a nice little breakfast downstairs. They did a jammin job probably one of the best breakfast I’ve had in any other Hampton Inn’s thank you again for making my stay enjoyable. Did not want to forget Norma as well

  This place is amazing! The staff here makes an already incredible hotel shine like no other. Norma, Destiny and Kyla are all amazing. They will make sure they do everything they can to make your stay perfect. Dietary request, no problem, special requests, no problem, celebrating.... They will make it a night to remember! As I type this review, I am in our room at the hotel, watching cartoons with my kiddos. They are all enjoying hot chocolates and fresh baked cookies from the lobby! I also need to mention the last time we were here. We mentioned it was one of our kids birthdays. They had a happy birthday welcome sign in the lobby, and when we got to the room we found it fully decorated- balloons, streamers, confetti, candy, presents- yes even presents- and even a towel swan on the bed. I could tell that the housekeepers, Ketty and Melany, had a lot of fun decorating. And breakfast is always incredible. Jessica is amazing and keeps everything hot and fresh! Shelly, keep up the amazing work with your crew here. My family loves it here and will continue to come here as offered as we can. Thank you all!

  We stayed here overnight on our way to Siesta Key and arrived around midnight. We were greeted by Rickey from the guest services staff, who was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. He genuinely seemed to enjoy his job and took the time to share great suggestions on places to visit in Florida, including some of his personal favorites. It’s rare to encounter guest services staff with that level of enthusiasm and warmth. Rickey was a refreshing experience and a fantastic way to start our vacation.
