She wore glasses, had a book about writing, and I imagine I will be pre-ordering her book soon. She was so kind and put us in the best room. It was so nice to be welcomed with this energy; it made having to stop more of a blessing than a headache. This was place was clean and comforting!

However, my main reason for posting is because I booked outside of Hilton, had an issue with being charged twice. I explained the issue with Norma and she was very professional and went above and beyond to help me and was very understanding. In the end, the same day, she called me back, found out the cause and had the refund sent back to me. I really appreciated that. For that alone, I might book here again if the need arises. Thanks Norma.

From the moment I walked in, she was nothing short of phenomenal. She is the type of person who does not just do her job, she elevates the entire vibe of the place. She was super engaging, funny, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. She answered every question I had without hesitation and made me feel taken care of the whole time. It is rare to come across someone who clearly loves what they do and brings that kind of energy to every interaction. Kyler is absolutely one of those people. Hotels need more employees like her. She deserves all the recognition, and I will definitely be coming back because of the service she provided.
