You had to have muscle to pull it up, but I was able to make it work. Also a USB plug on one of the walls was broken, but wasn’t really a big deal because I brought my own wall block Other than that great place to stay reasonable rates
- CRCheryl RodneyNov 9, 20254.0This is an older hotel. However, they keep it VERY clean and maintained. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived around 1:30. The lady at the front desk was very kind and kept us updated on its progress. The breakfast was well stocked and offer a vast variety, as well as a very nice coffee station. It was quiet as well. There wasn't any rowdyiness going on, so it was easy to get a restful night's sleep. It has decent proximity to the theme parks, so you can get there fairly easy without being in the middle of the chaos of staying right outside the gates. If I had to give a con, it would be that there was no air conditioning in the elevators, they were hot and humid. This is a quite miniscule issue. And I normally wouldn't even say anything. However, I had just paid to have my hair and makeup done for and event and I didn't want to sweat that back off. Overall, we would recommend this location and will return when we are in the area.

From the front desk, to the breakfast staff, to the handy man, to housekeeping, everything was CLEAN and EVERYONE was super friendly, like they actually appreciated us staying with them. We will most certainly look for Hilton/hampton hotels in the future due to their impeccable standards and customer service. Thank you to Yen at the front desk and another kind gentleman, Jessica & Daniel in the kitchen and everyone else who smiled and said hello along the way. It really was a great experience all around. Thank you!!!
