Wife and I just stayed here the past 2 nights. This hotel is very clean! Rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable & clean. Pillows are nice & clean, 2 sets of pillows. One set nice & soft & the 2nd set more firm, not too hard, so one gets the best both worlds so to speak, in reference to the pillows. Wife & I slept so good both nights. Bathroom very large & very clean. TV has DirecTV & amazing wide variety of channels to watch. Housekeeping did an outstanding job with their attention & duties to cleaning & caring for our room. Front desk staff was so professional & polite & great to communicate with & interact with. The breakfast was very good! Wife & I were very impressed with how good the breakfast was. Nice fitness room & even a very nice & clean pool. I recommend one use both. This hotel is at an excellent location and the prices are very reasonable. Wife & I look forward to coming back here and staying again. I highly recommend this hotel to all my family & friends for if or when they come to the area.

Although the beds and pillows were quite comfortable and the location is great to the airport, the customer service staff here was rude to our family. When we pulled up to the gated parking garage, we noticed the gate and barred door was broken, and then the gate to exit was not down. We backed out to go tell someone. A man from the hotel asked why we backed out and we told him about the gate. The first thing he said "why did you break it?", and it was not sarcasm. He was dead serious. This morning as we were getting breakfast to head to the airport, my daughter politely asked if the pancake machine was working. The gal working was so rude and didn't really give her an answer except "don't turn this machine on because kids like you keep breaking it". I don't know what happened to the "service" here, but it's seriously lacking.

The hotel itself is quite average. Nothing special or amazing. Rooms were fine!
The hotel gets 3/5 from me mostly due to the staff. The shuttle bus pick up and process was a bit clumsy. We had to wait almost an hour to be picked up, which was a bit frustrating considering how close the hotel is. Also, the driver was a bit aggressive on the road. The driver (lady) the next morning was MUCH better.
The front desk staff was an interesting experience. The young man was very polite, helpful and welcoming. However, I think he was higher than the clouds because he could barely open his eyes and speak. Regardless if he was high or not, he was great, so no complaints!

Checked in and saw, ‘clean rooms’ got to the room and big black hairs li ed the shower. Got another room, bed sounds like it’s going to break on any movement. Why is it that no one gives a crap anymore? Don’t stay here! Stay anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Things seem modern but cheap. From cold blue LED lighting in the rooms and lobby to the lack of seating in the lobby even though there is a huge space to use.
The reception desk team members were warm, accomodating, and friendly.
Unfortunately, the breakfast attendant either hates her job or had a bad morning.
We were sitting having coffee from about 7:30 until the end of breakfast hours at 9:30. There was the usual steady stream of people but everyone seemed upbeat and enjoying their morning..many cruise passengers. I didn't notice anyone grumpy other than the attendant.
The coffee machines weren't working so she told someone "see, this is what happens when people are getting coffee 24/7" as she cleaned out the machines and reset them. Strange to complain about the very thing you're there to do.
Then I heard people taking about the oatmeal, eggs, etc running out. We hadn't seen the attendant for quite a while. At 9:10, I was ready to get some eggs and oatmeal and they had still not been refilled.
I went to the reception desk clerk and asked. She seemed perplexed as breakfast doesn't end until 9:30.
When she asked the breakfast attendant, the attendant complained "well, most of it just ends up in the garbage", I assume meaning, she wasn't going to put more food out. She did say, well, there is sausage left.
Yes, because everyone eats greasy meat for breakfast.
Either offer breakfast or don't. Don't play games and then complain about what the guests do and don't do that you made promises to.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely not.
There are so many good options in the area to stay. Why stay here?
