Cuenta con servicios de trasporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Las camas son cómodas y grandes, los baños muy completos y amplios. Todas las instalaciones están limpias y ordenadas. Cuenta con un pequeño gimnasio, bien equipado. Buena atención. Además cuenta con estacionamiento (pago) en el mismo edificio.

While basic hotel services and amenities are acceptable at its level and price, I had an encounter that showed very low standard of management. The door lock of my room stopped working and I was locked outside my room after breakfast. I had a very important appointment to attend and I needed to get in the room to get ready, the receptionist was not trying to help in any way. She said she had to wait for the manager who was late and that she can't call him because she forgot her cell phone at home!!! I am not sure what type of hotel who doesn't have readily available fix for the door lock or have no access to its manager if needed!! This was my worst hotel experience as far as I can remember!!

AC barely keeps room cool, and im in the bed, on the side 2 feet away from AC. Other than that 10-15 mins from airport and cruise terminal.
