  Check-in 3 PM- arrived for a one-night stay before 4 PM. Room was delivered quickly. Parking was $10 and deducted from the $50 deposit fee. Hotel lobby offered convenience store snacks and drinks- water, sodas and juices. Room was located on the 4th floor where the pool and fitness center; spacious and clean. Room offered a mini fridge, microwave and Kureig machine.

  This hotel is located in a very sketchy area of Dania with not many stores/restaurants in walking distance. The hotel also charges for parking which should really be free. The free breakfast was not very good. There was nothing to drink as the water and juice machine broken. When I asked if I could take a water or juice from the hotel’s shop the hotel said it was not possible. As for the rooms, the hotel is starting to show its age and wear here. Nearly every wall outlet was broken and unusable. I have travelled to third world countries like Cuba and all the wall outlets always work. This hotel has a sensor that raises the air conditioner’s temperature overnight when there is no movement in the room which made the room very hot. I suspect this is done to save costs for the hotel. The air conditioner is literally right next to the bed, was very loud and sounded like a freight train. The bathroom door squeaked like crazy which was loud and annoying when the bathroom was used during the night. The beds were very clean but the cleanliness of the rest of the room wasn’t great. Counters, bathroom tub and floors were dirty and came with lots of hairs at no charge. The ultimate rip off is the hotel’s small shop in the lobby that sells a bottle of water for $5.50. You should be embarrassed of yourselves for trying to take advantage of your guests like this 😳. We had higher expectations for this place, what an overpriced disappointment. This hotel desperately needs management attention.

  The room was fine however the shuttle service was absolutely horrible. The driver was rude, drove like crazy, and honestly shouldn't be behind the wheel. Other than that stay was all right. It was nice that the pool was open 24 hours a day. Was able to get in a late night swim with no one else around. Breakfast was nothing special but on par with what I would have expected from a hotel chain like this. Overall I'd say it's an okay place to stay I just wouldn't rely on the shuttle they provide.

  I cannot attest to the rooms or location but the service was not great. Unfortunately, we never got the chance to stay at the hotel as our flights were cancelled. Upon contacting the hotel to let them know we would no longer need the room then informed us they couldn’t help us and charged us for the room. I understand the situation was out of everyone’s control but it’s unfortunate they wouldn’t bend on this.

  Room and location were very pleasant. Check in was the worst I have ever experienced for a hotel. Despite the Holiday Inn labeled as Express, we did not get into our rooms until after 5pm. We waited in the lobby for about 2 hours until our room was ready. Multiple other patrons were also waiting. No apologies, no attempt to make things right, instead, we were gaslighted into thinking this was all normal. Price was excessive, which meant we were losing money every hour it took for our rooms to be made ready.
