    Close to airport..free shuttle to and from Airport. Staff was great. Breakfast was ample, but space and setup not the best for a crowd! Stayed before and after cruise. Got a different room early stay due to hair ball in shower. Floors are all coming up..peel and stick maybe..and need changed out. Costa Coffee in the lounge area was great! Fresh ground every cup!

    We stayed here before a cruise and were let down. The rooms felt dated and in poor condition — floors peeling, shower issues, and noticeable dirt in places that should have been clean. Several guests also mentioned problems with the shuttle service being confusing or unreliable, and communication with staff was inconsistent. Overall it didn’t live up to expectations for the price, and we would recommend looking at other nearby hotels instead.

    I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY A FRONT DESK. I am a Diamond Elite member, active duty service member who has been FAITHFUL to booking IHG for all my business and leisure trips. But this experience has made me feel otherwise! Backstory: I arrive the day after my initial check in, had my fiancé under my reservation, and they still did not let him check in without me. I have some fault in this as I failed to follow up and add his actual name onto the reservation. Initially, I called the front desk to ASK about what can be done. Eli’s response (in an absolutely disgusting manner) was to call IHG reservation, get them to send an email, and he’ll help. Sure, so I proceeded to call IHG reservation, get them to add his name, and create a case with a case number and STILL GOT HUNG UP ON because the IHG customer service didn’t call him directly. Very different from his initial response. Called for the third time and while he’s chewing on his food or snack, he then proceeded to hang up on me AGAIN. Told my fiancé to get with him to inquire about the room assignment (showed on my account) and let him know that he cannot check in. Charged me a full night’s worth of stay and ended up leaving. Yes, I had him on my reservation as the second adult. No, the system didn’t ask me for his specific name at the time of reservation.

    Decent stay located conveniently close to cruise and airport terminals. Friendly staff, clean and well maintained, ample parking. Rooms are on the Spartan side - particularly missed was the absence of storage of any kind for clothes and stuff, except for a few hooks on the wall. I like hotels with shampoo / conditioner / body wash in dispensers instead of in little wasteful plastic bottles, finding that here was a plus. Horrible WiFi. No laundry on premises, but there’s a decent laundromat one exit away - which is immensely better with 20lb / 100lb washers and matching dryers. Decent pool. Convenient hot breakfast is on the simpler side but works, and saves time and money. Fantastic location.

    I only stayed one night before a cruise the next day. The room was filthy. The bedding on both beds had stains and one looked like it could have been blood or red lipstick. When I asked for new duvets, it took over an hour for someone to bring one up. The bathroom was gross with lots of water stains and the glass doors had a leak so water pooled on the bathroom floor. There was hair in the bathroom left from the last guest. The bathroom was not stocked with towels so I had to ask for them. The walls were gross. The floor was very water damaged in the room and filthy (see photo of bottom of my sock). The remote was absolutely gross. And the table was loosely screwed to the wall. I could constantly hear the door of the room next to me slamming but other than that, it was quiet throughout the night. The breakfast was very minimal. They had eggs (that ran out) so I can’t say if they were good, sausage, yogurt, cereal, mini muffins (banana nut and poppy seed), oatmeal and toast. The lobby was extremely hot and humid. The front desk staff do not initiate service right away. I had to ask if I could buy water after waiting patiently with no one acknowledging me. Upon checking out, the male staff at the front desk kept refusing to give me a receipt because I paid through Expedia and finally rolled his eyes and handed me a receipt. The price was still the same as what I paid so I’m not sure why he refused at first. The best part of my stay was leaving.
