However, the property seems to be showing its age, and unfortunately we found four small roaches the first night and two more the next day, which was very disappointing. Aside from that issue, everything else was good.

Entered room and was checking the bathroom and all the floor tiles were loose, making horrible loud noises when you stepped on them. Called front desk. She advised she would tell maintenance in the morning and did not offer to move us hanging up on me. Floor/ carpet was sticky. In the morning observed several cockroaches running on walls when turned the lights on. When we left there was Noone at the front desk conveniently to complain too. This was the worst stay we've ever had at a holiday in express! Totally unsatisfied!

Customer service was exceptional — every employee we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The hotel was very clean, the kids loved the pool, and the breakfast was delicious each morning. The location was perfect for us, as we were in town visiting family for a military retirement. We felt comfortable, cared for, and right at home during our stay. Highly recommend!
