We got there late after midnight, the room that they gave us im not sure if it was used or not cleaned but feces were in restroom when we walked in. Shortly after we noticed that the room was full of cockroaches (see pictures) cockroaches can spread diseases and contaminate surfaces with bacteria, viruses, and parasites. They carry pathogens like E. coli, Salmonella, and Staphylococcus so yeees it is extremely concerning. Tried talking to front office and advises we couldn't get a refund, only thing will be to get another room like if it will change the fact that the hotel is full of cockroaches. Very unprofessional.

We purposely stayed here upon our return one week later and were greeted by Melissa. My family of 5 all felt that Ryan, Christy & Melissa provided excellent customer service and we would highly recommend this location!
- JWJessica WalkerAug 22, 20251.0When we checked into our room, it had an overwhelmingly musty smell. We didn’t think much of it as we were tired and wanting to quickly get to bed. We woke up a little after 2 AM to roaches in the room. My husband was able to kill one of them (see attached photo.) We immediately checked out of the hotel. At 8 AM, we called the manager and, after some back and forth, they did issue a refund. We just want people to be aware of this issue so they can be vigilant when checking in. We were on the 3rd floor.
