This facility charges your card before you even check in. I asked about getting a refund for the extra day that I didn’t stay. All they could say was that would have to be approved by upper management. They called me later that day to see if I had checked out because they needed to clean the room. Then they even called the following day to see if I had checked out. Guess it got renovated recently. I had to take photos of ceiling in room and show people because I had never seen such a bad job of texturing or whatever you want to call it. Definitely a DIY job. Will never stay at a Best Western again.
