    A pleasant overnight visit. Staff was very nice and friendly. Easy checking in and out. Standard continental breakfast fare. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Will stay again when business brings me this way again in the future.

    No hot water on the rooms. Forgot to tell is I reckon. They've been without hot water for weeks and they don't tell their patrons ...? Not cool!!!!! Hot water tanks (2) were sitting beside the dumpster, no good!

    Didn't clean the tub well and door had to be pulled shut, wouldn't shut on its own. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and friendly

    I had to stay there because of a job nearby. I checked out one day early because my job got done quicker than expected. This facility charges your card before you even check in. I asked about getting a refund for the extra day that I didn’t stay. All they could say was that would have to be approved by upper management. They called me later that day to see if I had checked out because they needed to clean the room. Then they even called the following day to see if I had checked out. Guess it got renovated recently. I had to take photos of ceiling in room and show people because I had never seen such a bad job of texturing or whatever you want to call it. Definitely a DIY job. Will never stay at a Best Western again.
