- HMHeath MazarousApr 2, 20261.0Room was filthy,floor was so dirty we had to change socks several times. Dusty sticky furniture. Bed smelled like bleach which is irritating to my skin. Ac sounded like a farm tractor. And I requested do not disturb, even placed door hanger but housekeeping still BEAT on my door and hour and a half before checkout. The landscape is overgrown by the side doors and parking areas and dark which we had to use because the lobby door was locked after 10 pm. Did not feel safe or welcome....

- ECElena ChavezMar 28, 20261.0So the plan was me and a big group of friends would eating lunch there (12:30-2)and then going to go to the boat tour(2:30). It didn’t work out, we sat down at 12:30 and to eat one of my friends order the all you can eat shrimp, but instead of waiting an average time20-30 minutes based off of how long the food would take to make it took them from the time we sat down(12:30) to 2 o’clock to eavan start setting the food down on the table! At this point we had about 10 maby 15 minutes to eat 😔 we did not end up eating very much and my friend who got the all you can eat shrimp only got one serving, they wanted to be served more but when we ordered it it didn’t come, at this point we got up and left because we still had to catch the boat ride. Overall not worth it unless you like waiting an hour + to get your meal.
