  About a year ago took a vacation to the beach. Picked Holiday Inn Express because it was close to port . The management super friendly , employees were ready to help with what ever you needed .The breakfast bar was on time , all food was fresh and the right temp . I'm planning my next visit to Cocoa Beach next month. I hope the same people are still working there. I believe the manager name was Mike.

  Very clean and comfortable with excellent amenities, staff very polite and knowledgeable. Thomas & his crew is very friendly, they went above and beyond our expectations.

  My wife stayed awake all night because people were talking outside the window. The hotel put a small patio by our window. People smoking and joking all night. The hotel apologized and moved us.

  My friends and I (three couples) arrived in the Cocoa Beach area for what was supposed to be a long-awaited trip, and what happened at check-in nearly ruined the entire experience. We were informed that two of the couples had mistakenly booked the wrong Holiday Inn location (Cocoa instead of Cocoa Beach). While we understand that booking errors can happen and policies may prevent transfers, the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing and made an already stressful moment much worse. Instead of any effort to help us find a solution, offer guidance, or even show basic empathy, the front desk staff was completely disengaged. We were clearly upset and trying to quickly figure out alternatives so we could salvage our trip, yet she made no attempt to assist us in any way. She remained seated off to the side reading a book while we stood there trying to resolve a time-sensitive issue. There was no effort to call nearby hotels, suggest availability elsewhere, or provide any meaningful support. The complete lack of urgency, professionalism, or customer care made it feel like our situation didn’t matter at all. Because of this experience, the start of what should have been an enjoyable trip was almost completely derailed. It took significant effort on our part to recover the situation and continue with our plans. For a hospitality business, this level of indifference is unacceptable, and I would strongly recommend considering other options if you expect even basic service or support when issues arise.
