In addition, complimentary scheduled shuttle service is available from our Cocoa Beach hotel to and from the world-famous Cocoa Beach Pier. Guests can relax and unwind in spacious two-bedroom suites, each of which features a full kitchen and separate living area.

However, there was a mix up with my room and family members unable to park in the lot. Beach chairs not available for three days.

- RERabih El-HossDec 31, 20255.0This place was a really pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the overall atmosphere was warm and relaxed. The location is excellent—right by the beach—and the property has everything you need on-site. There’s a restaurant and bar, and the food and service were great. A special shout-out to Alex, the bartender, who was fantastic. She’s also a surf instructor, and my two boys took lessons with her and had an amazing experience. The resort has great amenities: a heated pool, hot tub, kids’ splash pad, and a lazy river. Even though the lazy river isn’t heated, it didn’t matter much because the pool and hot tub were perfect, especially with the cooler weather we had during our stay. There’s also a BBQ area, free laundry facilities, and free Wi-Fi. Our suite was spacious and comfortable — two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room. It really felt like home. You simply don’t get that kind of space for the same price at a typical hotel. The resort also had entertainment on-site and really made the holiday period feel special. Even though it’s a timeshare property, the staff were not pushy at all, which I appreciated. I wasn’t interested in a timeshare, but I would absolutely stay at a Westgate property again. Overall, the staff were outstanding, the facilities were excellent, and the value for the price was hard to beat. I would definitely return.

Great location within walking distance to the beach, great pool facility with bar, food & entertainment! Rooms were clean & comfortable. Steve, the activities guy, very fun & entertaining. The bartenders (Sue was one of them) were always amazing! As was all of the other staff always warm & friendly. If I had one minor complaint it would be that the music at the pool during the day is a little too loud. And we love musical entertainment but this past stay it was a little bit too loud for complete relaxation out there. We will be back for another stay very soon! Thanks for keeping this a great resort destination for us for this many years.
