All I needed was to switch the dates of my reservation and nobody wanted to help me. I accidentally booked one night for the wrong date and wanted to change it for three nights For 10 days later. This company felt that holding my money for one night of my reservation that I could not make was more important than charging me for three nights 10 days later. Clearly, this company has forgotten. It’s in the hospitality industry and decided to not provide proper hospitality for me and my family. It seems they wanted to keep $350 instead of receiving $1500 in the future. I will never book another reservation with this hotel again unless someone calls me to correct this

Barry Miller the security guard is very nice and helpful. He always had a smile and willing to give you a helping hand. My stay here had been a very nice experience will come back again.

Stevie the activities guy was hilarious and silly and great for the kids, Raymond was amazing (the shuttle driver) and the bartender Sue was absolutely amazing (her White Russians are to die for) the rooms were clean and also dog friendly which is cute. We will be back!!! The security guy was so nice and friendly too!

He’s probably the only friendly person here and Westgate should be happy to have him. On that note…this is my first Westgate vacay I’m totally disappointed in the staff on was at the pool on my first day relaxing in the hot tub and there were little toddlers dumping drinks and doing cannonballs into it. I let the bartender know and asked who I can speak to about it she literally told me she didn’t want to get into the middle of it and I should find their parents or tell someone else like you’re joking right because I know who the parents of these strange kids are. Totally ridiculous then the parents wanted to side eye me like me, an adult, is in the wrong there is literally a kiddie pool right next to the hot tub specified for toddlers hot tubs aren’t. Everything else was fine but I have teenage kids and this particular resort is better for younger children
