Our Room was so humid, with mold and mildew that you can see on the ceiling of the room. The beds are so uncomfortable and looked like a 1000 pound person slept in it. The pillows are goose down which means FLAT and zero support for a proper night sleep. We attempted to rent a movie and the wifi was so bad the movie was constantly buffering. Since it is a third party movie provider there is no one to call but the easter bunny for support. The Ocean view we paid for included the roof top of the restaurant which is nothing but a dirty gross mechanical roof top. Sadly taking away the view of the beautiful beach and ocean. Do not expect a good night sleep or a healthy one if you have allergies to mold and mildew.

Stayed for 3 nights in room 728. Room seemed modern and well equipped, soundproofing is nonexistent. We were able to hear regular conversations on either side of our walls. Bed was comfortable and heating worked well as the rooms got very cold during the cold front. Breakfast was very greasy but the server we had, Selina, was lovely and super friendly. Front desk staff did not acknowledge diamond status during check in, so we had to confirm the benefits with them to make sure that they would be applied. Great location, but we do not recommend this hotel. We stayed at the Hampton Inn on the same road for July 4th last year and that was a much better experience overall.

Hotel is average with great accommodation, but my main complaint is how LOUD it is. Of course it’s a hotel, there’s bound to be some noise. But, there is zero reason I should be able to hear a normal conversation through the walls as loud and crisp as it is here. Either the walls are paper thin or we just got placed beside the worlds loudest family. I don’t blame the family because Disney deluxe resorts would NEVER. Either way, I’m awake now. So if you like hearing all the details about the family next door, this is the place for you! Also wanna shoutout the housekeeper. They tucked these sheets in like their life depended on it!

It’s one of those “you want to love it hotels”. The space is gorgeous. Publix and food spots right across the street. Gelato and Starbucks inside. But then you realize there is no where to sit at a table in the gorgeous outdoor space and eat or drink unless you buy from the tiki bar.
Wi-Fi definitely struggled
20/day parking charge
No microwave in the room but they have some that can be brought up upon request
Elevator was struggling to keep up with the guests
I ordered two chai lattes from the Starbucks and later learned from the morning staff that they have no idea how I was given chai lattes when there is no chai mix… stuff like this makes me not want to recommend it. It is already pricey. I agree with the person who said it is underwhelming for how we roll. I will say that the staff was overall pleasant to deal with. They helped reroute people during the elevator situation and the front desk offered to comp my latte. Especially Una!

RACIST RACIST!! What a horrible experience!! This is a very racist hotel. If you are a person of color do NOT stay here. If you are a person of color other than white, you will constantly get harrassed and asked for your room number and last name. I got asked this many times for no reason at all. For example, I went to the beach and then came back , I got asked the same question and with an additional “Are you guys really staying at this hotel?” This is unnecessary steps . I got asked the same questions 3 times in 1 hour. Absolutely ridiculous. Nobody else got asked that except me and my family. I feel extremely discriminated and out of place as this is a very bad environment. I really wanted to like the hotel as the room is very nice but the staff and the environment is not. White privilege at this hotel! Extremely dissatisfied. Will NEVER come back and will post about my experience on all social media platforms.
