I had to miss the last day of my conference as I woke up with ants everywhere- had to shake out all of my clothes and bags as they were all over the dresser, couch, ottoman and into my carry-on. We had two rooms and both rooms were like this. We switched hotels. Annoyed I didn’t feel my family was in a clean area so I had to interrupt my business trip.
- JRJ RhodesOct 19, 20253.0We recently stayed a night at this location so that we would be close to the port for our cruise arrival. Lots of ample parking at this location! Check in process was quick and easy. We arrived a bit early and the room wasn't ready yet but it was ready 2 hours before it should have been, so we were happy with that! The actual room itself was just your run of the mill hotel room, nothing at all that would make this a 4 star hotel aside from the view. Speaking of the view, the windows were extremely dirty, making that view a bit disappointing. The inside of the windows were clean but the outside was not. We stayed on the 6th floor and they had construction going on all around us which made our stay very noisy. The outdoor pool was fairly small, especially for the crowd they had when we arrived. They do have tons of outdoor seating if you just want to sit outside. There's also a small little tiki bar that they have on your walk to the beach from the hotel. Unfortunately, it was closed during most of our stay. I would not pay the high cost to stay at this location again as it was truly lacking, in my opinion.
