  Location is close to cocoa Beach Pier. Fantastic restaurant next door. Room was okay, hard to close door for the bathroom, lamp started sparking at 5am with phone charging, guest phone in the room didn't work, cockroach in our room.

  Just checked out after an 11 night stay. Great hotel and location. The free breakfast was very good with lots of options and changed up every so often. Was with a large group and we were treated very well. My only suggestion is that someone from management should go in to room 1302 and look at the bar seating for this room. It is completely unusable. The stools are too high for the counter if you can even fit in there.

  First the ocean balcony was beautiful, our room was gross and dirty. The tub water leaked out on to the tile and wouldn't drain during shower and mold after 4 attempts to fix it they moved us at 10:30pm. We were moved to same floor two separate rooms because the suite style suite wasn't available. Total fine we can do two I was told multiple times I'd received a refund as the new rooms weren't even cleaned, there was mold in the bathroom, hair on the towels, hair in the shower and one shower wouldn't drain properly. I was instructed to remind the manager on duty in the morning because the night adutior couldn't adjust anything. Morning comes she tells me she can't compensate for the inconvenience or lack of cleanliness but that she will give enough points for a free night stay at any best western. However, I did not receive enough points for a free night. We cruise out of port Canaveral often and will not stay here again.

  I will absolutely be coming back to stay at this hotel!! The service has been superb, the pool next to the Blue Flip Flop bar was so clean and heated. Ms. Judy at the Blue Flip Flop bar next to the pool was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was top-notch. The rooms were clean and housekeeping made sure to make the beds and bring fresh towels later in the day because we were still in the room in the morning. The fire pits, corn hole, bocce ball, and life-size jenga were the cherry on top! Not to mention there are at least two boardwalks straight onto the beach and it’s right next to the pier. 100% satisfied customer!!

  Wow. I haven’t had service this shitty in a while. The people at the front desk would clearly rather be doing anything else than helping customers. Two of them were mid argument when we checked in and they didn’t stop because another person checked us in. Corporate needs to do something differently because the front desk is unable to look up reservations by reservation numbers… Which is what they provide you after you book a reservation… In addition to that ridiculousness, the hotel is completely segregated so be prepared to drag your luggage across streets and up stairs without elevators. The map they provide is not helpful unless someone takes the time to orient you, which they didn’t do for us. Room was bad. Old beds, cockroach by fridge, hair in the shower. The redeemable qualities were it’s Close to the beach & the breakfast was great (minus another cockroach visitor). Horrible overall experience. Motel level stay.
