I was woken up at 3am by a child screaming and running through the halls while an adult repeatedly banged on his room door to be let in every time he left instead of taking a key card with him. Despite calling the front desk twice, the noise continued until after 4am. I shouldn’t have had to confront the situation myself, and staff response was slow and ineffective. One attendant trying to manage the desk, laundry, and security is not enough. The assistant manager later called and said steps would be taken to prevent this in the future, but then added that my next stay would be comped if it happened again—which did not inspire much confidence that the underlying issues would truly be addressed. This experience left me frustrated and reconsidering my frequent stays here.
