    Very polite, hospitapal and accommodating to our every need if we ask. The breakfast is great. And they displayed the American flag and no other, that is important.

    It meets the classy standards of Hilton so no problem in staying here at all ! For dinner you should definitely try out the Jalapeños Mexican taqueria, its food is five star!

    Horrendous. The check in process was an absolute mess. the front desk would not allow me to charge the card on file for my room even though the payment was made AND PROCESSED prior to my check-in. We arrived in the room to wet sheets which is completely unacceptable and unsanitary as that is how mold develops on top of that there were dirty fingerprints on the sheets and pillowcases. i am VERY unhappy with my stay as of right now there are wet black hairs around the sink and i know they are not mine because i have short pink hair. i went to open the handsoap and it was already used and still wet. they repackaged the used soap. i am beyond disgusted and this service is absolutely deplorable. they had my brother-in-law, his wife and I sleeping in a booth in the lobby when we already had a room reserved that I payed for in full. frankly this experience has been degrading. I am beyond disgusted with how my family and i were treated.
