  Everyone is friendly great free Breakfast nice spacious rooms one of the best hotels I've stayed at in the under 200 a night price. Would stay again and highly recommend

  We stayed here twice in the last couple of weeks for just over a week total. The hotel is nice, but there are problems that need addressed. First we didn’t have hot water regularly. The showers would get cold randomly. Sometimes it was in the beginning of the shower. Sometimes it would get hot again after a few minutes, sometimes not. We talked with the front desk about it during the first visit and were told they were going to have it checked. We thought because we were on the fourth floor that maybe was contributing to the problem. On our second visit, we thought the problem would have been fixed. We chose a room on the second floor in hopes if not, it wouldn’t be as bad. Unfortunately it was just as bad. The shower also had pink algae in it. We did not discuss this with anyone. Every member of the staff was very kind and helpful, we honestly didn’t want anyone to be reprimanded. We chose to buy a cleaner and take care of it ourselves. We did let the front desk know about massive amounts of dog poop on the sidewalk out front. Shame on the owner who’s ultimately at fault. We reported it three times, then my husband took the manager out to show her after others had stepped in it more than once. I think it was finally all cleaned up after that, but it was there five or six days in all. My husband also discussed the water issue again with the manager and was told we would receive compensation and an email about it. We heard nothing. When checking out I informed the front desk that we hadn’t heard anything. She said she would let the manager know. She indicated they were having to compensate several customers. I overheard others talking about the water problem so I know it was a problem throughout the hotel. We left two days ago and still haven’t heard anything. There was no issue, however, charging our credit card for the full amount. I am giving three stars only because of the wonderful staff. Claire at the front desk was always so kind. Truly the entire staff was great. I’m not sure what the situation is with the management.

  Great hotel!! They change the breakfast selection every morning and have amazing amenities. The staff is super friendly. I love the happy hours Monday - Wednesday. Rooms are spacious and updated. I would definitely stay here again. This is probably one of the best hotel experience I’ve had.

  I travel all across Florida atleast once a month for business. I have stayed at numerous hotels across the entire state. Staybridge in Clermont is hands down my FAVORITE. Between the staff, amenities, cleanliness, and overall cozy/comfortable feel of the rooms, it's the best and very affordable despite this economy. Special thanks to Claire, George, and "Bearded Boris" for being so professional, easy going, and pleasant. Every hotel should do their best to duplicate how this Staybridge is managed and operated.

  This hotel was AMAZING! I travel frequently for work and struggle to find a hotel that has everything I need. THIS ONE DID! Luxury feel on BUDGET pricing. It had gorgeous rooms, that were CLEAN and STOCKED. They kitchenette was so amazing given the fact I was there for 2+ weeks. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast my wife still talks about to THIS VERY DAY and I just can't rave about it enough. The location is perfectly located between restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and more! We were able to visit Disney in less than 30 minutes! We are moving to the area this year and already looking to book this hotel for family helping us move!! 10/10 Recommend
