  Overall pleasant stay! Roughly 45 minutes to the parks, downtown Orlando area. Remember in Orlando everything takes 30 minutes to get to, that’s how bad traffic is 😝. There are two EV chargers towards the main lobby J1172 - 10kw speeds through EV Bolt + app…. $1 connection fee + 40c per kw , not cheap but convenient. They have a couple of pools, water was cold initially but not terrible, kept clean and sanitized. They do permit smoking in pool areas, if your little ones are sensitive- think twice. The room is cozy , modern - if you love hot showers - you’ll love this place! Plenty of parking on premises, it’s quiet. Housekeeping is Tuesday’s for occupied rooms, the staff is nice and will swap towels as needed. You can ask for trash bags as needed. They will present you with timeshare opportunities, we just didn’t have time for it, but make sure they are clear with duration and when you get your gift. There is a laundry room in the main building, 3 washers 3 dryers- 24 hours. Tap to pay. Key card required to get in. Breakfast is from 6:30-9:30, the earlier the better- starts to become a madhouse by 7. Standard selection bagels, toast, cinnabun- scrambled eggs, links, potatoes- it’s decent. They have 2 pancake machines, again madhouse. Overall pleasant stay, would return!

  Unser Zimmer war außergewöhnlich groß und sauber! Das Personal im gesamten Hotel sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Top Lage. Es gab einen kostenlosen Shuttle zu allen verschiedenen Freizeitparks, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Frühstück umfangreich und für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut.

  Zimmer waren sehr groß und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Shuttler zu den Parks hat ebenfalls gut funktioniert.

  Room was OK for the price. The issue is when I called the front desk of this location to inquire about checkin, what was the security deposit hold or incidental charge they told me that there is no security deposit, only to put a card on file. We budgeted our trip with this in mind. Now when we get there the front desk now tells me that I need a $100 deposit even though I had a bank debit and credit card. So I am offended because it certainly appeared that I was screened, racially profiled. Why would it all of a sudden change once I arrived. What else could be the explanation. I am a Gokd Member with Hotels․com. so it's not like I have issues with my stays. So I am done with Holiday Inn. It's the principle of it. Additionally I we checked in on last Friday (6 days ago) and still have not received our deposit. And they will be pressing you about time shares. So very disappointed in them. One bad apple does spill the whole bunch for me! Update It's now Monday, 10 days later, and we still have not received our security deposit back (though it is "Easter, Resurrection Sunday weekend, but still 10 days.????).

  This hotel is truly a hidden gem of Orlando. It’s located in a beautiful area with access to many different amenities like mini golf, a variety of pools, tennis, etc.! Beautiful area to walk around with your dog, very safe and clean. The room was amazing and we had a beautiful view of sunsets. The beds are clean and everything is up to date. The staff are super friendly and eager to help you with any questions! The housekeeper lady is super nice. There is a Publix just a short walk/drive away. SeaWorld/Disney is about 30ish minutes away! The other hotel guests are friendly as well! If I had to stay in Orlando again, I’d be choosing this hotel!
