  This hotel was AMAZING! I travel frequently for work and struggle to find a hotel that has everything I need. THIS ONE DID! Luxury feel on BUDGET pricing. It had gorgeous rooms, that were CLEAN and STOCKED. They kitchenette was so amazing given the fact I was there for 2+ weeks. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast my wife still talks about to THIS VERY DAY and I just can't rave about it enough. The location is perfectly located between restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and more! We were able to visit Disney in less than 30 minutes! We are moving to the area this year and already looking to book this hotel for family helping us move!! 10/10 Recommend

  When we arrived there was no on at the front desk so we called the hotel and someone came right out. The staff was very friendly and polite. Rooms were clean and very well equipped. The gym was clean with good equipment for a good workout. Breakfast was assorted and warm. Plenty for everyone. Best of all, the walking trail outside with and uphill climb and a beautiful view at the top!

  Here for work for a month..I always try to find a Staybridge because they are great. Rooms are always nice with a full kitchen. The staff is polite and professional and welcomed my service dog perfectly. The picture is from the top of the hill in front of the hotel.. behind the hotel is Sprouts.

  There is no option for room selection. You allow smoking in the pool area, as well as alcohol to be consumed by those in the hot tub & pool. The staff has no access to towels, wash cloths, etc. It takes HOURS to get those items each time requesting them multiple times. Housekeeping left the drain to the shower leaning against the glass, the floors in the bathroom were so dirty the floor towel was soiled in dirt. Handicap room had loud alarm next door going off daily. Front desk took over 3 hours to have toilet paper delivered as well as towels when requested. Running water from room above us, after 2 plus hours I finally told the front desk to check the room or I was calling emergency to check on the guest. Turned out to be a running toilet which could've caused THOUSANDS of dollars in damage & not one staff member cared to enter to check on the room for 2 hours. The band practicing at 530a waking all your guests, & the bacon being burnt sounding the alarm & staff was frantic outside

  We recently stayed at Staybridge Suites Clermont from February 14th for a full week and honestly we could not have asked for a better experience. I’m from Ireland and my partner is local to the area and works nearby, so we decided to stay here during my recent trip. It was absolutely perfect for us. From the moment we arrived we felt so well accommodated. I had requested a room near the lift and this was arranged without any issue, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is modern, new and absolutely beautiful. Our room was stunning, spacious and so comfortable. The kitchenette had everything we needed, right down to the pots, pans, plates and cups. It truly felt ready to be our home for the week. We also loved the small thoughtful touches, like being given a dishwashing tablet each day for the dishwasher. It made everything so easy and convenient. A huge perk was the complimentary washers and dryers which really added to the homely feel. The complimentary coffee and butter popcorn were such a lovely touch as well. As a big popcorn fan, I thought this was such a cool and welcoming addition and it definitely did not go unnoticed. Housekeeping were an absolute dream. We met some amazing staff members throughout our stay. One day our room wasn’t cleaned and when we mentioned it a gentleman with long dreads, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, came up straight away with fresh sheets. He was so kind and greeted us with a cheerful good morning every day. There was also another gentleman who sometimes helped with breakfast who was equally lovely. The girls at the front desk were so sweet to us our entire trip. I wish I had taken everyone’s names. One girl I spoke to daily, she will know who I am if you say the Irish girl, made me feel completely at home. No question was ever silly and she helped us so much throughout the week. McKenna was incredibly helpful in arranging a late checkout for us as my flight back to Ireland was at 7pm. It made what could have been a very long stressful travel day so much more manageable and I am so grateful for that kindness. The evening social hours from Monday to Wednesday were such a lovely touch and we went along all three nights. It created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The gym was spacious and had everything you would need. The pool area was lovely as well. My only small complaint is the hot tub. It was unfortunately quite cold and we would have loved to use it in the evenings. If it were set to a warmer temperature it would have been absolutely perfect, especially as it got darker. I hope this is something that can be adjusted in the future. Another small suggestion relates to the large duvet stored in the closet. It may be intended for use with the sofa bed, but it did take up quite a bit of closet space during our stay. It might be helpful to provide this upon request or when the sofa bed is needed. Overall the staff are not just good, they are truly amazing. They go above and beyond and every single person we came across was fantastic. We honestly had the most wonderful stay and cannot thank you enough for making my trip so special. We will definitely be frequent visitors to our new favourite long term hotel and we are already planning our next trip back. Thank you again for such a warm and memorable week. Sinéad & Daniel
