  My Family and I had a great experience at this hotel. The atmosphere is very pleasant, family-friendly, and welcoming, which made the stay truly comfortable. The reception staff was always attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean and well organized, and the breakfast was excellent, with good options and very well prepared. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

  I stayed in this hotel right by my house because I was having a mold issue that was being remedied. I only slept here so it was only there from 10:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. I really just needed a bed to sleep in for the night. The hotel itself is nice, modern and new and the rooms themselves are also nice, modern and new. I have no complaints with the actual hotel itself. My issue was that upon walking into my room, I was hit with a very strong bleach smell. Coming from a home that had mold, I just wanted to breathe some fresh air for a night and not smell bleach. During the time I stayed it was not busy so there were plenty of rooms so they shouldn't be assigning rooms that were just clean and housekeeping probably needs to learn how to clean because you don't need that much bleach to disinfect. I had my AC set on 63 and I kept getting up to turn it down. I keep my home AC on 72 at night and I wake up freezing. The AC definitely does not work properly. That was another reason I stayed here was because I couldn't turn my AC on at home because of the mold issue. Then there is a fire or smoke detector of some sort that blinks constantly throughout the night and it's very bright and irritating. For the price I paid for the room, I feel like it was a big waste because I didn't get a restful night's sleep anyway smelling the bleach, watching the light, and having non-working AC. Unfortunately I was just too tired by that point to go downstairs and ask for a new room. I couldn't pack a suitcase because I couldn't get access to it since it was in the room being treated and was carrying my own pillows and belongings so it was too much to have to go back downstairs carrying everything again. The hotel itself is nice and the beds are comfortable. But these few things really need to be addressed.

  We stayed at Staybridge suites clermont for a week and it was excellent. We arrived before check in time and Deborah gave us room right away! Everyone are very accommodating especially Shari of Front desk.The room is clean and spacious and breakfast is good. We loved our stay.

  This hotel has to be the most relaxing, quiet, and comfortable one we’ve been in. Brand new place. Located in a very quiet location with a wide variety of restaurants and fast foods near by at a distance of 1-5 minutes. Staff is super friendly.

  Stayed for a week. Clean, newer hotel with kitchenette and full size fridge. Small gym but not much traffic on most days. Breakfast was solid - loved making my own waffle. They had free beers a few nights of the week with a light snack. Also, a convenient guest laundry that was also free of charge. These small details made me appreciate the hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Area not very walkable - recommend renting a car.
