Very unprofessional! They keep hanging up on you when you call them. They haven't refunded our 200 deposit even after 2 weeks. Every time I call them they disconnect the phone line

Excelente 2203, super arejado quarto espaçoso, roupa de cama branca super confortável, super limpo, pessoal limpeza super simpáticos apesar de não falar nada português rs, más tinha uma senhora idioma espanhol muito bom.
Café da manhã bem gostoso muita diversidade, exceto frutas, poucas más de excelente qualidade fresquinhas,

This stay was completely unacceptable and far below the standards expected from a Holiday Inn Express.
From the moment I arrived, the room had multiple major issues. The bathtub would not drain, making it unusable, and the room had significant electrical problems, with outlets not working at all. These are basic maintenance and safety concerns that should never be overlooked.
The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. There was almost nothing available, and when I politely asked a staff member if more eggs could be prepared, the response was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Customer service at this location was clearly lacking.
What made the situation even worse was the constant pressure to attend or purchase a timeshare presentation associated with the hotel. Instead of focusing on guest comfort and resolving the numerous issues, the staff repeatedly pushed sales, which made the entire stay feel uncomfortable and unpleasant.
Between the poor room conditions, lack of maintenance, unprofessional staff behavior, inadequate breakfast, and aggressive sales pressure, this experience did not meet even the most basic hospitality standards.
I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this location. I strongly urge management and IHG to review the quality, maintenance, and customer service practices at this property.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Holiday Inn Express.
The issues started immediately. The bathtub was not draining properly, making it difficult to use. On top of that, the room had electrical problems, and several outlets were not working at all.
Breakfast was another frustration. There were very limited options available, and when I asked a staff member if more eggs could be provided, the employee responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner.
Throughout my stay, I was also repeatedly approached about purchasing a timeshare associated with the hotel, which made the experience feel uncomfortable and overly sales-driven rather than focused on guest service.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. Between the maintenance issues, lack of service, and constant sales pressure, I would not recommend this location.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the rooms were clean, spacious and big. They offer a lot of unique amenities with Summer Bay Orlando which is nice. The free breakfast has a variety, omelettes, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, fresh fruit etc. Parking is free. It’s 6 miles from WDW and with lights it’s 25-30 mins. It’s great if yo don’t like the traffic at Disney. Great place to stay.
