  We stayed overnight and room was Spacious modern, comfortable room . King bed was surprisingly comfortable, however the coffee nook lacked lighting and A/C was noisy. Sofa was comfortable and my suggestion is to chose another cable carrier as challenging to chose any movies. Special thanks to Kathy for her hospitality and the Haitian front desk clerk. Friendly , professional and made sure we were happy with our accommodations. Phillips’ lighten up and smile to new guests were here to be welcomed and enjoy our vacation.

  The hotel overall was decent, with pleasant surroundings. However, the bathtub drain showed some rust, and there was quite a bit of dust under the bed. Aside from these issues, the stay was comfortable. Breakfast was good, though not very varied. In Building 2, the water heater wasn’t working, so I was relocated to another room in Building 1. In conclusion, the hotel is fine for a short stay or simply passing through.

  This is just based on the service. we are not getting off to a good start. I have a reservation tomorrow...I am arriving super late. I always call ahead of time to let them know that i will be arriving late, espically since day of travel is normally hectic. The lady who answered the phone, after me explaining its a prepaid room and i just want it noted i will be arriving super late, basically told me to call tomorrow before i get on my flight. Excuse me, i'm calling now. No you need to call tomorrow. Why can't you just update the notes, (i've worked front desk i know you have access to the reservations to update things like this) Lady just call back tomorrow before you get on your flight and tell them your gonna be late. um ok have a good day. yeah you too.......Like what??????????? bad customer service. If my room wasn't prepaid i may have canceled based on this service. like what....

  Not up IHG standards. Staff needs training and a cure for laziness. Free breakfast, if they decide to put out the food. Coffee machines left empty for someone to get up and refill. Rooms in 2nd building like being in Siberia with no services. As a IHG member, I was disappointed.

  Estuvimos allí por 3 días. El hotel nos perdió dos compras que enviamos por gran valor y no se hicieron responsables. Estuvimos los 3 días intentando rastrear los paquetes y recibimos mal trato por algunos de los empleados. Totalmente inaceptable. Luego de irnos no nos responden los emails y nunca nos dieron una solución. No los recomiendo para nada.
