  I Stayed at Holiday Inn Tampa-Oldsmar hotel for 2 days and then at Holiday Inn- Clermont SE for 5 days, there was a vast difference in experience. In Clermont-SE, Bathtub was cracked open, bathtub curtain had lot of stains, there were no water bottles kept (Generally all hotels provide 2 water bottles everyday), No Sofa, Table lamp was not working, Before start and stop Elevator will give you big jerk, Same breakfast everyday.-that you will see in all US Holiday Inns. (Back in India, Hotels with this price range provide 5 times bigger Menu and Quality.)

  Worst experience won’t come back ordered a few things it was shown delivered they don’t know where’s the packages they can’t help and don’t know what to tell me drove around to closer places that didn’t help warning 😔 won’t be back here

  We are IHG Platnium members. We were so excited to stay here for all our future Disney trips, as it had close proximity to the parks, free parking, laundry, and other amenities on the resort grounds it is part of. When we walked in, I noticed it even had a water refill station for our bottles, but then our excitement ended very quickly, leading to this 1 star review. When we arrived, no one was at the desk, and after waiting about 5 minutes, the guy at the "time share" desk messaged the front desk worker. We get our room, and then we were told we had to go to the time share desk to get our parking permit, and we told him we have a Disney party we had to get to quickly, and he kept on trying to sell us on the resort amenities and such. We had a full trip planned and mentioned several times that we didn't have room in our schedule, yet he kept on, and on. So we get to our room, and it was hot and musty--only to find out the AC unit didn't work at all. We go back down to the front desk, wait again for her to finish her lunch, and got a new room, with no apologies or anything. The new room wasn't much of an improvement. The electrical wiring in the room didn't work correctly, as the room was wired wrong (woke up to my phone not being charged due to this). The tub did not drain at all, the restroom door wouldn't stay propped open, and the AC fan did not stay on. The room also didn't have standard furnishings such as a safe deposit box, shower gel/shampoo dispensers inside the tub. The hotel later sold out, so there was no chance of us moving to a room that actually was functional (if there was one). Breakfast is something we really look forward to at Holiday Inn Express locations. However, this location was horrible. There are two separate buildings, but one breakfast area which is smaller than most IHG hotels, so there was a lack of tables, and they didn't want to open the timeshare conference room to guests. On 12/23, after waiting a while for eggs, I found long hairs in the eggs--purely disgusting. On other days, the pancake machine or toasters didn't work, items not put out once they ran out. The Fruit Loops were mixed with Apple Jacks as well. To top this off, we come back on 12/23 and found out there would be no housekeeping at all on 12/24 and 12/25, so figured we woudn't get housekeeping the rest of the trip due to the focus on room turnover. The other building is under refurbishment and has construction (and if they started with the first building), it is not going to look good--poor painting job, paint on the carpet, missed areas. This IHG location has so much potential--good room sizes, good location, but the lack of IHG standards with some of the staff, multiple room issues, and horrible breakfast situations left a major stink on this trip. I recommend anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere if they want to have an enjoyable hotel stay.

  Excellent area with a lot of places nearby to relax and hang out. It's part of a resort that includes some restaurants and a bunch of pools and activities like an arcade and mini golf. We only did the mini golf and it was super super fun.

  Minha hospedagem foi espetacular. Excelente custo benefício. Café da manhã ímpar. Panqueca feita na hora (por máquina) mas ótimo sabor, iogurtes com proteína diariamente reposto de qualidade, ovos mexidos feitos na hora, opções diversas de sucos, café torrado (de máquina) espetacular e forte, cereais novos nas devidas embalagens. Quartos grandes e confortáveis, banheiros limpos e chuveiro muito bom. Quando voltar pra Orlando, com certeza será minha 1° opção. 30 minutos da Disney, 40 minutos do SeaWorld. Dezenas de estabelecimentos a 3/4 minutos de carro.
