- BJBeta JOct 30, 20251.0This wasn’t the best stay. The biggest issue involved security and safety. Upon coming back from the theme parks, our room door was cracked open. This error was definitely the housekeeping, because the air was turned all the way to 62, something we would have never done because we hate the cold, and there were fresh towels in the bathroom. Upon telling the hotel this, we have been ignored. We never got a call back from any management. It’s been almost 3 weeks, and they promised. We’ve called multiple times plus left an email. Management and hire ups seem to not care. We had work from home equipment , as well as other important things inside of the room. The least they can do is call us back, when they promised they would. We are still working on getting this fixed. As well, there were little black bugs all on the dressers and the sides of the window. The water wouldn’t really get hot, and it wasn’t the cleanest at all.

Now on that note, I left my ear buds(shokz) in room when I checked out, realizing I forgot them I called when I stopped at my next stop. They said the house keeper didn't find any. I know I left them in that room, I never took them out of room. Sat them on suit case and when I picked up my clothes I must of knocked them off and just didn't catch it. So now I'm out a pair of expensive buds. My fault yes, but I don't want to stay in a place that isnt honest.. Thanks for listening
- TZTania ZafarSep 9, 20255.0The only issue i had was with the hard boil eggs. I do not recommend them. Otherwise, This location was by far the cleanest I have ever been too. The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff members were always cleaning everywhere and everything and were very polite. I recommend the location. It is close to everything and only 41minutes from major attractions. I will definitely stay here again.
