- CWCARLA WEAVERNov 30, 20254.0I gave this hotel a 2 for service only because of Maintenance. We booked from Wednesday to Sunday. On Thursday morning we had requested from front desk to have maintenance come up and fix our lighted mirror. But since it was Thanksgiving, they said it would be Friday. Friday came and went and nothing. Went back to front desk and she said it looked like nothing had been requested. So she put it in, he came up and said that the lighted mirror wasn’t one you could tap to get brighter. But he’d be right back with an overhead bathroom light. Of course he never returned. We had to get ready by flashlight everyday because it was so dark in there. The mirror in the downstairs bathroom was really bright. It’s bad that they don’t care enough to fix stuff. The rest of hotel staff was great. Rm 2411. Also pool was very dirty and umbrella in it. However, Room was very clean!
- HHHumoodNov 30, 20255.0We had the best 1 week stay! We got the room with 2 queen size beds. They are spacious and very clean and comfortable. The staff are very patient and helpful too. Shout out to Max for the support! We enjoyed the stay, the breakfast had everything that one needs. Eggs, oatmeal, cereals, turkey, bacon, shout out to the pancake machine! Both strawberry and grape jam, don’t miss out on those delicious cinnamon sweet rolls! And much more. Thankfully, the laundry room is in the second floor with easy to download/use application. They got free parking too! Overall, we are VERY satisfied with the stay. Will definitely considered it for our upcoming visit. 10/10.

- BJBeta JOct 30, 20251.0This wasn’t the best stay. The biggest issue involved security and safety. Upon coming back from the theme parks, our room door was cracked open. This error was definitely the housekeeping, because the air was turned all the way to 62, something we would have never done because we hate the cold, and there were fresh towels in the bathroom. Upon telling the hotel this, we have been ignored. We never got a call back from any management. It’s been almost 3 weeks, and they promised. We’ve called multiple times plus left an email. Management and hire ups seem to not care. We had work from home equipment , as well as other important things inside of the room. The least they can do is call us back, when they promised they would. We are still working on getting this fixed. As well, there were little black bugs all on the dressers and the sides of the window. The water wouldn’t really get hot, and it wasn’t the cleanest at all. Update: They are still ignoring us and have not been returning calls or emails. As you see, the response we were given under this review was a joke. I wouldn’t trust this hotel with any type of security. They will leave your door open and not care.
