They don't have the customer first mindset.
They have (supposedly new ) tall chairs paired with an old , beaten down, low dinner tables. The result is a very uncomfortable position to eat or work as you can't stow your legs underneath the table ( there is not enough clearance). I get tired after 10 minutes in that uncomfortable setting.
I don't care if they're going through renovations or will get new dining tables soon. This should not have been allowed to begin with. This was a poor decision that made the most uncomfortable setting for dining or working.
At first I didn't notice and I ended up staining my work pants with the raw table wood border/ saw marks. That happened to two work pants as you naturally forget this issue and try to sit correctly
Beware if you're wearing delicate fabrics as the raw wood table border may tear it.
I tried asking the front desk twice to get me regular sized chairs and they said they could not help
I even asked a room service worker for help with no favorable response.

Latoya, the front desk receptionist, was great. Check-in process was quick and efficient. Before I took a shower, I noticed there were no towels in the bathroom which is very unusual. I'm a frequent traveler and Hilton Gold member and I've never had that happen before. However, Latoya was very apologetic and accommodating to provide towels immediately. She waa so gracious. Thank you Latoya for turning a bad situation positive. Additionally, there were no kitchen towels in the kitchen. The breakfast was not desirable which is first. I always brag about the breakfasts at Homewood, Home2, and Embassy Suites properties; however, this breakfast was not good and didn't look appealing at all. Even the fruit, bananas and apples, were over ripe with brown spots on them....too ripe. I hope it was due to it being a Sunday.

We booked a room here for our trip through Travelocity, but were not told about the construction and the room rates were not discounted. We ended up moving after one night. There was a lot of banging, scraping, and other construction noise directly above our room as our daughter took her naps during the day. There were also footsteps running down the halls at night in the same construction filled hallways. There are no parking lot lights at night on our side of the building and multiple uhauls and vans full of stuff parked that didn’t move. We had to park on a different side of the building and walk farther to our room because we didn’t feel safe parking in the dark. The back door did not lock behind us many times, so that is another big security risk. The room was clean and recently updated, but the bathroom was small, the sink is in the bedroom, one bathroom fan didn’t work and the other was super loud, the water pressure was weak, the bed made noises as you moved, and the bedside tables were too big, only one side had power outlets and you had to purposely avoid them getting in and out of bed or you would hit your legs on them.
