  The place was clean, stocked with essentials, and friendly. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast had good selection with plenty of protein. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family

  Stayed here for a week when I was between homes. The room has everything you need for a longer stay. Staff was friendly and the place was great. Very safe and close to lots of restaurants. The only negative thing was the coffee in the lobby was truly terrible, but there’s a Starbucks down the street. Other than that it’s a fantastic hotel.

  Keep Kim at all cost. She displayed very excellent customer service and was very attentive to my every need. The hotel is very clean. The rooms were very spacious. The 📺 in the rooms were big and came with pre loaded apps for entertainment. 1 of the best I've ever stayed in. Highly recommend.

  If you desire even a common level of respect and care as a customer, then do yourself a favor and do not come to this hotel. The African American clerk, "Tori" is the most belligerent and disrespectful person that I have ever met in my life let alone at the Hilton hotels that Ifrequent monthly for work. My AC went out in this "brand" new hotel at 130am, and I deal with hot flashes/have a medical condition. And, instead of helping us, the front desk clerk yelled at me abusively and consistently and never apologized to me for my inconvenience. My husband who witnessed the whole thing and was yelled at by her too, said babe, although it's 1:30am let's just leave and drive back to Orlando, because we're paying for service here not abuse. I said okay, we went to pack our things, came back down, and after that, she then proceeded to refuse to give me my check out receipt or even write down that her system wouldn't allow her to print or email me my receipt. I ended up calling the authorities to help deescalte this horrible nightmare situation with her. Because at this point, I was also afraid for my safety after experiencing such a loud, bizarre and scary encounter.
