- RGRam GNov 11, 20254.0Stayed 5 nights in 2 queen bed while visiting Tampa/Clearwater. The hotel inside is clean, room was clean considering it recently opened. Very friendly staff and the standard breakfast. The main concern is around charging $10 per parking per night which we thought not necessary for that location. They give a hand written red paper that we have to keep on dashboard and one day we came late in the evening and we saw many cars/trucks without that paper. What's the point of charging when not monitored and there is a notice on the parking lot that management is not responsible for any damages which makes $10 per night pointless. Again, not to blame one hotel but is has become a greedy practice for hotels to squeeze some $ from guests on top of everything irrespective of the location.

She was very aggressive over the phone, repeatedly talking over me and refused to get the manager. In addition, she also hung up on me. Totally unacceptable! I am an Honors member and intend to report this behavior to Hilton.

We arrived late and the front desk staff was so nice and helpful through check-in to get us up to our room quickly. We chose the hotel because of the proximity to the airport, making it easy to get there at 5am for an early morning flight. While we weren't there long and didn't get to enjoy the amenities, we will definitely be back if we are ever in the area again.
