Fabric chair is quite stained and ledge of counter in bathroom had a serious layer of dust. Microwave clock didn't work not sure if microwave worked. Fridge, coffee maker and air conditioning all good. We did appreciate the tub for a soak after a day of travel. Free parking. Easy access off I-275 from Tampa airport (exit 31). Overall would stay again but lower expectations.

Thank you for making our experience better. I feel like this hotel definitely needs renovation and better coordination with services like the shuttle to airport and other things but overall we would stay here again.

We had to extend our stay by a day and both of them greeted us excitedly when we came back. The food in the Aviator Tavern is surprisingly good for a small hotel (though they do close somewhat early especially if it’s not busy) The rooms are basic but clean. My only complaint is that the hot tub wasn’t hot and the pool area closes at dusk which is very early in winter.

No complimentary breakfast unlike the next Holiday Inn 5 mins away, parking not designed well. Can't use the pool or hot tub unless there's sun; so not after 530pm (what a joke). WiFi sign on delays. Front desk doesn't take a moment to explain breakfast hours, pool hours, vending and ice machine locations. Their priority is getting that Benjamin, car info and phone number. Heating unit smells like a burnt toaster with carbon monoxide. Outdated. Kids running up n down the halls after 10pm. But hey there was a working TV, a microwave and a little fridge. Non-refundable. whohoo 👎🏻
