They provided the room right opposite #234, which had equally bad shower. I have a video of the rusted , unclean shower. Washbasin is super tiny with slowest running water at any time of the day. The worst cleanliness experience I have had in any Holiday Inn. They used to be good!

Most of all, David truly stood out he was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and such a great face for the hotel. The customer service is what really made my experience exceptional. I will definitely be back.
