I was not expecting to get it back and they went above and beyond to ship it to me, thank you so much! The hot breakfast was delicious and allowed me to work without having to go out to find a restaurant. I also loved the Italian restaurant next door, it was also super close and convenient. Overall, a great stay!

They provided the room right opposite #234, which had equally bad shower. I have a video of the rusted , unclean shower. Washbasin is super tiny with slowest running water at any time of the day. The worst cleanliness experience I have had in any Holiday Inn. They used to be good!
