I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, especially from a staff member named Dafny, I think that was her name, who was professional, warm, and consistently helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, she ensured everything went smoothly and was always available to assist when needed. The room was satisfactory, the hotel is well located, and the private beach is a great advantage. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this hotel to others.

How was i charged 40 dollars with a handicap decal?? Not only was the receptionist rude as can be, i had to sit outside for about 6 minutes and self park myself cause they were in a back room with the receptionist… when he came out, the man with the dreads - he had an attitude as well. Does anyone like to work here or do they all do the bare minimum? The bathroom by the beach wasn’t cleaned and smelt like urine everywhere. The only good thing was that the towels were clean and warm.

Add daily valet charges $40 and daily resort fee of $25 to the rates you are looking at. decent resort for the fees. but it's grossly under staffed. hard to get wait staff to wait on you at the pool and on the beach. seem to be selective on who they wait on.had to go elsewhere to order food and drinks to feed my family.

Rooms are outdated. Carpet needs to be replaced and grout in bathroom is nasty. The bathroom is so small that when you open the door, it’s about 1/4 inch from the toilet and no bathroom vent. We even paid $300 a night extra to upgrade. Housekeeping did not come for 2 days and we had to keep calling the front desk for toilet paper and towels. Their excuse was they were low staffed. The walls are very thin. you can hear everything. During our “relaxing” massage, we could hear outside traffic, people talking and doors opening and closing. We were supposed to get a credit for the inconvenience for housekeeping but didn’t receive it. Location is great but the amenities are substandard.

PROS: The check in process was easy and the staff here are delightful. The gym had good equipment. NEG: The rooms are old and outdated. Our room had crusty carpet, the bathroom door had water damage, and the balcony door was rusting. The resort fee is silly. The bottled waters are wasteful, they should add filtered water stations. The pool area was fine but they really need a hot tub for winter months. The common areas need help. They need to create spaces for families/people to hang out. Next door at the wydyham, the lobby had all these cozy welcoming spaces where you want to gather and hang with friends. This hotel is in huge need of an update. We won’t be back.
